The long awaited Sentori Snowball, still delicious!
Last year, the fizz and lactic acidity stood out on the first attack, but this year, the fizz is less pronounced and the yeast is more mellow and silky on the finish.
Only Kamikomi has a clear, slightly sour taste. After stirring, it is creamy. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink even for those who don't like it. However, those who like strong sake may find it insufficient.
Opened the bottle, nothing at all.... I guess I've kept it too long after all...I'm just a little sad!
The aroma is a Senkou-like one. Rumney, grapefruit, sourness.
When you drink it, it's sizzling 🫧.
The top palate is ricey, a bit of alcohol that makes your throat hot, and softly sweet. The taste is similar to that of Natur 0.0 Dobrok, etc., and it makes you feel like "I want to drink Sentori nigori".
When you mix it, you can feel the fluffy and smooth rice. The fact that it is not pear but rice is what I like about SENKYO Nigori. (Of course, I love 🍐 type nigori as well.)
I wondered how it would taste after so much time had passed, but as usual, I was able to enjoy a delicious rice soda.
Hello, Kotaro!
It's nice to have a snowman ⛄️ after the cherry blossoms have bloomed 🤗If it tastes perfect even when the bottle is opened quietly, it's all OK👍Wasn't it hard to mix the ori?
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙
Thank you for your tasteful rendition of the unseasonal snowman ⛄️ 😆🌸It was perfectly delicious even if it was out of season 🙌Oli, it was a little hardened due to overstorage 🤣.
