This is the second bottle this season!
Successfully opened without incident! When I opened the bottle 2 weeks ago, it almost spilled, but this time nothing happened. It tastes good.
This year again, we receive Senkou Yukidaruma, a seasonal winter sake. It was purchased at Mimasu Sake Shop, a liquor store that has been very helpful to us recently.
We started with the supernatant. It has a sweet aroma like white peaches, carbonation, and a sweet and sour taste. When mixed with ori, it is milky, but has a bitter taste at the end and a very nice sharpness. It is easy to see why it is so popular, and I love the taste!

Senkin Snowman
Strong gassy feeling when opened! & Origami smell!
As every year, a complex mouthfeel with a graininess and a hint of sweetness! The taste is very complex and sweet!
Surprisingly, it doesn't feel heavy due to the strong gas... The aftertaste is slightly bitter from the acidity! 🤭
One of the so called "three major nigori", I'm curious to see what others think of it!
The moment you open it, it's like sizzling snowflakes are dancing 🥺! It's very carbonated and sweet but easy to drink and delicious! ⛄️ enjoy drinking it sipping rather than gulping it down 🍶.

This sake has the carbonation of a cloudy sake, but also has a dessert-like sweetness. It's easy to drink and tastes pretty good, but you have to drink it in small sips or you'll get drunk quickly.
It was served with something sweet.
Jozankei's Ryoroya is famous for its yakiniku (barbeque) but also has a wide variety of sake that you can order and enjoy. ♨️
Visited Monja Street in Tsukishima with my colleagues from work. We were able to order a snowman, which we had not planned to purchase this year, so we ordered it and to our surprise, it opened our mouths😳Wow 🙌, one happy old man and his juniors wondering 😂.
It was delicious with a refreshing and easy to drink yogurt taste.
The monja was also good for the first time in a few years, but I forgot to take a picture of the important thing😅.

Last week, when I was in Asakusa, I went to a liquor store that I had planned to visit at least once and unexpectedly found and bought a bottle of Ras 2 Yukidaruma.
I had had Kabutomushi before, but this was my first time.
I love nigori sake.
The subtle sweetness and light petiteness are nice.
It is refreshing and tastes great with a meal.
We had it with hot pot. It was delicious.
