It is nigori, but also strong in alcohol and gives a strong sense of having drunk! It tastes mellow and easy to drink, and I feel like I'm going to get drunk soon. LOL!
And the Tsumami whale is too good! It's too rich and goes too well with sake🍶.

Sentori's popular activated nigori sake "Yukidaruma".
In order to achieve a silky mouthfeel, the unrefined sake must is roughly strained over and over again, resulting in a lightness despite being a pure rice sake!
The balance between saccharification and fermentation was skillfully calculated to achieve the rich sweetness of wasanbon, and the sake was made at a low temperature comparable to that of daiginjo sake, which is how it arrived here.

This year we were lucky enough to have Jikin, Hirotogawa, and Yukidaruma at the same time, so we compared them. Jigin has sweetness and acidity, Hirotogawa has bitterness, and Snowball has acidity and a fizziness that makes it taste like a soda-like rum. Each has its own character and each is delicious. It was a luxury to compare them!
I found and purchased this sake at Morishita Sake Brewery on a trip.
It has been about a year since I gave up sake before my second child was born.
It has been a long time since I had a glass of sake.
The aroma was sweet like a peach. From the familiar label, I expected it to be a bit sweet, but it tasted refreshing. The moderate bitterness and lightness made it easy to drink.

It tastes fresh and shriveled. The bubbles rising when the bottle is opened are a delight to the eye.
It has a lactic acid bacteria drink feel and is drier than expected.

Sourness with a lactobacillus drink feel and firm sweetness. The aroma is strawberry yogurt and the latter half rice. Last year it was quite dry and gave the impression of a snowman made of powdered snow, but this year it is sweet and tasty, so it is like a snowman made of moist snow with more moisture.
Last year, I was a little disappointed with the quiet opening of the bottle, so I decided to open it before the end of the year!
I was so excited to open it, but it didn't dance again this year...! Well, that happens sometimes, doesn't it?
The aroma is sour and grapefruit. The aroma was sourness and grapefruit, like a delicious Senkou nigori!
When I included it, it didn't dance, but there is a decent amount of shwash though. Rice and citrus soda 🫧.
After a few days, it starts to come together.
It was such a good rice soda that I went quiky and forgot to taste it and drink it👍.

When you drink it, the sweetness is not so strong and there is a fizzy feeling. The aftertaste is clean with a good amount of acidity. It also has a dry taste. When you mix in the oli, you can taste the sourness and bitterness. The total taste is very delicious 😄I have been drinking a lot of dry nigori this year. And all of them are delicious and of a high level (^o^)
