My first snowman. I've been meaning to buy one every year, but couldn't, so I finally did.
The aroma is indescribable. The silky taste of nigori and the petitiveness of nama-shu. The balance is exquisite. Just as I had hoped. The alcohol content is low, so it's easy to drink. Delicious! My wife and I finished the bottle together. I hope we can buy it again next year.

After opening the bottle, bubbles start to rise from the bottom.
When a generous amount of oli is mixed in, it becomes cloudy at once.
The schwartziness remains, but it mellows out. The lactic acidity and bitterness are enhanced and it is delicious.
