8th cup of mamiana,
Kiyozumi Junmai Ginjo from Kusumi Shuzo!
I had a glass of Yumehana Koihanabi earlier and wanted to try the regular Kiyoizumi as well.
It was served in a glass specially designed for Kiyozumi's cold sake.
The glass has a heavy bottom, a narrow shape, and a thin, wide diameter. It has a simple yet stylish design with a star cutout. The size is just right for drinking cold sake. Lovely. They don't have them in stock, but I heard you can buy them at the store. I want one.
Clear and beautiful,
Full and soft,
It has a delicious flavor and lightness,
delicious.
All in all, it was a great experience.
Junmai Ginjo 🍶.
The third and last cup of Magoshiro Soba was also Nagaoka local sake, from a brewery related to Natsuko's sake.
A little sweet. A bit mellow🤔. It may be better warmed than chilled. It is a little bit sweeter than the cold sake. The final dish is duck tofu stew 😅 which is very tasty and healthy 😅.
I had a Kirinzan highball afterwards 😆.

Sweet and a gulp of sake at the same time!
Sweet! Wow, sake! It's like a "wow!
The sake feeling is in your mouth and throat.
But...is there a light aftertaste? Hmmm.
It's too much for my taste.
Home drinking.
The color is clear.
Smell is pear🍐 sweet.
Taste is light sweetness. Pear🍐 feeling.
Light alu and strong hackberry.
The aftertaste also leaves an alu feeling.
The light sweetness and the alu and hackberry taste makes that stand out....
It's difficult to find a light tasting sake 🍶😓.
It is brewed by Kusumi Shuzo in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture.
It is smooth and sweet on the palate with a light dry taste. It seems to go well with fish.
Kopirinko, what a cute mimetic word!
A drink in Nagaoka (^^)
