The rice flavor pours out of the tender and sweet entrance.
Juicy deliciousness.
Fruity acidity.
The mouthfeel is clear and goes down your throat.
Very tasty.
I like it.
I felt it went well with tuna with soy sauce because of its riceiness.
Daiginjo. It was selling very well on the shelves of Seijo Ishii, and I bought the last bottle when I saw this. It is a beautiful sake with an easy-to-understand flavor that makes you feel it is delicious at first sip. I think it goes well with just about anything, but I felt it did not need to be paired with anything in particular. I heard that this brewery was the subject of the manga "Natsuko's Sake" (Natsuko's Sake).
