Compare with YUKI of the same brewery: ⭐︎ It comes in easily, but leaves a lingering aftertaste that is typical of Japanese sake. I didn't like it so much... →I was not a big fan of it...but afterwards, when served with avocado, the aftertaste was less pronounced and quite nice!

Well, it's been ten years, hasn't it? The name comes from its own spring, which is designated as a famous water source. It is a very refreshing and clean sake. The top aroma is of cherries, and the attack is clean! Yet, it gradually develops a strong umami flavor and a gentle sweetness that spreads. The liquid is clear and colorless, and there are a lot of legs, although they are not clearly visible.

Very nice! Compared with the basic Seisen (Jungin). First of all, you can tell by the color of the liquid that it is fully ripe. The taste is mellow and mild 🆙.
