Beware of pandas! Junmai Ginjo-shu Snowball
It's not written on the bottle, but it's called Yamahai. It is cloudy, creamy, and has a lactic acid bacteria taste.
It says, "Try it with a highball for a refreshing drink." I drank a lot of it and ran out of the bottle in no time.
Bamboo Garden Summer Nigori Sake Snowball
Beware of Panda Appearance
Light umami and acidity. Slightly bitter aftertaste.
Goes in quickly and goes out easily.
Easy to drink in hot weather
Corner shop in Waseda.
A moderate aroma of rice.
Aromatic, sweet and spicy.
It has a slightly fizzy taste.
It is a sake with a ginjo-like quality and a delicious rice flavor.
Salt is used as brewing water to make it easier for the rice to dissolve. The aroma is subdued. The taste is clear and acidic. It is a bit sour. I thought it was a summery sake and suitable for a mealtime drink.
I also drank this 🙌I asked for sake that goes well with oysters and it was recommended to me! I was expecting it to be a bit salty, but it wasn't salty at all 😄 It was refreshingly delicious!
Hi Tsuyo-san ☔️ I thought it was salty too. I was also thinking that it might be too salty. I was reminded once again that there are many different ways of making it.
