About half a year had passed from the time of purchase to the time of opening the bottle.

Drink it cold.
Almost colorless and transparent, though it seems to be slightly tinted.
Mellow aroma
The palate is robust and full with acidity.
A tingling dryness appears after a short time, which gradually intensifies and becomes more pronounced.
A slight dryness lingers in the mouth in the aftertaste.
Warmed to lukewarm
Tangy smell of alcohol
The taste becomes lighter and drier.
Heat sake to hot
The dryness weakens and the taste becomes lighter, but there is a slight sweetness.
When cooled, it returns to a flavor similar to that of chilled sake.
