Today we have a Jungin Unfiltered Raw Raw Sake Naekaya ❗️ made with Yamada Nishiki from Tonami Tonami City Wakatsuru Sake Brewery in Toyama Prefecture.
The aroma is clean and slightly sweet❗️As you take a sip, there is a raw tingling on the tongue and the thickening of the raw sake, followed by bitterness and sweetness❗️A good sake for a mealtime drink❗️❗️
Yesterday, on Tanabata day, I drank a summer sake from Naekaya in Toyama.
It was one of the brands I had been curious about, and while it had a delicious rice flavor and a hint of gas, it ended with a crisp and refreshing summer sake 🍶.
