Naikaya, Toyama's famous sake!
My boss let me drink it at a pub and I really liked it...!
I was very happy with it...!
I bought it at a sake shop because they had fresh sake!
There was a red label and a blue label, so I bought both!
At first sight, I was surprised by its unique pungent taste!
Like grated daikon (Japanese radish)... a strange sensation!
I thought it was more of a sipping and savoring kind of sake.
I was surprised at how quickly I finished the bottle💦.
@Home drinking
I had never had a chance to drink this sake, which was given to me by my junior colleague as it is a local sake, so we opened it together.
Contrary to my imagination, it is light, sweet and easy to drink 😋👌👌.
And when it's Jun Dai, it's easy to drink 🤗.
I couldn't save it any more, I had to switch between 3 different kinds of sake 😅.
I knew that from the beginning 🤣.
Mild and mild, but when warmed up a little, it takes on a different atmosphere. But when I warmed it up a little, it took on a different atmosphere. It is delicious and assertive!
Renewed this fall.
Orange label
It has a freshness to it.
The taste is definitely Naekaya Junmai Ginjo
One word: delicious!
It is perfect with Toyama sashimi when well chilled.
This is another autumn sake that is sharp yet full-bodied. We quite like Toyama sake. It is made from 100% Yuyamanishiki produced in Nanto, Toyama, with a rice polishing ratio of 55% and an alcohol content of 15%. Sipped with seared Nodoguro Sashimi.
Naekaya Special Junmai Yuyamanishiki
The aroma is of rice and a little straw? Aroma: rice and a little straw? Aroma is like rice and a little straw or oak.
On the palate, you can taste the sweetness of the rice, and it is a little bit sweet. However, the sweetness disappears nicely at the end, and the taste is more refreshing than expected.
Easy to drink.
