I went to the sake store in between my next job. I liked the same brand of Omachi that I drank before and was impelled by the memory of it, and with time pressing, I bought it from among the many sake available at such a time.
Hiragana Azakura is very tasty and lingering. I am glad I bought it.

Azakura's Omachi, draft.
I bought it this morning at a certain izakaya in Akita.
I just returned to Aomori and opened it immediately.
Is it because it is Omachi or because it is raw?
It is to my taste.
It is fruity with little acidity, and the fresh sweetness that goes through the nose is especially impressive. If I had the vocabulary, I would be able to tell you more about it... but, in my drinking life, there are only a limited number of sakes that remain in my heart.

I found it at a liquor store I wandered into on the Shinkoiwa shopping street.
I decided to try a sake I had never seen before and bought it.
It is a beautiful amber-colored sake.
The aroma is sweet but not fruity, difficult to describe due to lack of vocabulary 😓.
The mouthfeel is slightly thickened, as one would expect from the color. It is rather robust and heavy, with a touch of alcohol, but the softly spreading sweetness and slight acidity are not unpleasant.
The back palate is dry with a bitter taste lingering in the back of the mouth.
I am not a fan of alcoholic drinks, but this one is not unpleasant. The complex flavors seem to drown it out.
I've rambled on and on, but you didn't get the message 😁.
If you are wondering what it is, please give it a try when you find it.
It is quite a tasty sake.
