The first party was a nice and cheap place where you can drink all you can drink 😁. The second party after getting drunk with 🍺 and shochu 🍶. I wanted to go to RIKI but it was full on Friday 😢. We went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) where we could eat soba (buckwheat noodles). The master of this restaurant chooses and pours the drinks on his own, so you never know what you'll get 🤣. When I asked him what he had, he said he would serve me the best one. I asked him what he had, and he said he would serve me his special one... Nino Brewery It's not a special one, but it's good so it's ok😅. It's easy to drink and you can easily drink a lot of it 😋. I drink too much because the wine is poured in wine glasses 🤣. I was drinking Midorikawa after Sanzu, but I was so drunk I don't remember what it tasted like or have any pictures of it😅. The soba to finish off the meal is good, but it always comes out too much 😳 Almost everyone attended the 2nd party, the bill was more expensive than the 1st party 😂.

For the after-party, they wanted to eat buckwheat noodle after the party, so they went to HAYARICHI! This is the restaurant where MAJ and I had a casual drink the other day. The dishes served here were Hitakami Junmai Daiginjo Sukeroku Hatsuzakura I had an image of Hidakami as a dry sake, but... This is a umami-guchi sake with a strong sense of rice flavor and sweetness. It is a little different from the image of Hidakami, but I like it a lot 🥰. As usual, the owner brought the sake on his own 😆. And on this day, he put the bottle down and said "this is 5,000 yen" 🤣. I also had a bottle of Kutouryuu Daiginjo after that but I didn't take a picture of it 😂. I was full from drinking Kutouryuu and eating Morisoba. It was a fun farewell party 😁.

This place sells bad soba, so I ordered soba to close out the meal. The owner brought the soba and took a bite, saying he would start with salt. It was not bad...but very good! The soba at this restaurant is still very good👍 The fourth drink I drank while slurping soba was Dewazakura's Izumi Jyudan. It was my first time to drink this. I don't drink alcoholic drinks at home. The aroma is not strong, but you can feel the ginjo aroma. The taste is of rice, and it finishes with a nice finish. I don't know how difficult it is because I'm already drunk. As I thought with Yukimanzan, even al-soaked sake is good. I haven't bought Dewazakura recently because it is available everywhere, but now that I taste it again, I can say that it is delicious. I'm going to buy some Dewazakura for drinking at home next time. I ordered soba (buckwheat noodles) to finish the meal, but it was so good that I had to order more. MAJ, he was a gentleman as I felt remotely. Thank you MAJ for your time 🙇♂ Have a drink again 😁.

Since there were not many customers, the owner talks to me like crazy on this day. The owner gave me a sip of the following sake. The moment I took a sip, I felt a fresh sourness spreading. I think it would go well with fried chicken. But please don't trust the review too much because of my drunken tongue😅.

Sashi-Drinking with MAJ Nagoya Story Continued MAJ: Miso-nikomi is delicious, isn't it? Me: I didn't like miso nikomi as a child, but I grew to like it as an adult. MAJ: Where did you go to eat? Isn't Makoto-ya delicious? Me: Makotoya😳I used to go there when I was a student. I feel like I have a connection with you MAJ, and that makes me happy. Talking about it makes me want to eat Nagoya meshi. Third glass of sake, Yukimanma Daiginjo! I almost never drink al-soke daiginjo at home, but well-made sake is still very good. The aroma is gorgeous. The aroma is gorgeous, the flavor is clean but has a strong umami, and it finishes with the spiciness of the alcohol. As I got closer and closer, my impression of the taste was becoming doubtful.

Hearing that MAJ was in Nagoya on business, we had a great time talking about Nagoya. MAJ: Where do you prefer to eat chicken wings? Yamachan, Furaibo or Tsubasaya? Me: I didn't know Tsubasaya came up 😳I'm a Tsubasaya guy 😁. I'm glad to see the name of Tsubasaya, which I used to frequent when I was a student 😄. The second glass of sake was this one. This was my first Souhyo, a sake from Tochigi. There is not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it starts with bitterness, then sweetness, umami, and sourness rush in. Very habitual taste 🤔. Habitual taste for me😍. I can't describe it well, but this is my favorite.

It happened at a remote New Year's party the other day. MAJ: I'm going to Kumamoto on the 8th. Me: Really? If you have time, let's go have a drink. We had a light conversation. I was hoping that MAJ would remember me, and I received a LINE from the gentleman MAJ. It's Sashi only at a Japanese-style bar called "Haiirichi," which has a signboard that says "Bad Soba" on it. This restaurant doesn't have a sake menu😅. Here is the first sake brought by the manager. I don't have a good sense of smell, so I can't describe the aroma very well... but it's good from the smell 🥰. The sweetness spreads softly and the umami gradually fills your mouth. The final impression is that it disappears without a trace. It goes well with soba miso and wasabi. Delicious!

After all, it's the second drink at Heryichi. I said, "I'll have another drink. The guy said, "I'll give you a good one. The Jikin was good enough, but this is what came out. Nabesama Jundai, Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa. Really good stuff! This is a very beautiful sake. Elegant ginjo aroma from the nose. The sweetness is smooth, then the umami comes in, and it just goes right on through. I can keep drinking it all the time 🥰. The man said, "If you drink it anywhere else, you'll be charged 2 or 3 thousand yen, but at our place it's only 1,000 yen. Yes, I was grateful for the drink. We ended up with some delicious handmade soba noodles 😁.

The launch with the students went to the second house. Do you want to finish with soba noodles? Or, do you want to go to a restaurant with an unusual uncle? So, we went to "Yappan Hashirichi". When we entered the restaurant The old man said, "Beer, sake, or shochu? I said, "Sake. Uncle "Sweet or spicy? I said, "Sweet. This exchange led to the Jikin 😳. This restaurant doesn't always let me order like this 😅. If I tell them the one in the fridge, though, they will serve it. Jikin nama sake is so good 😍. The balance is wonderful. It can be drunk on its own and goes well with a meal. I enjoyed it with Itawasa, Soba Miso (these two are always ordered 😅), and Braised Horse Sueji 😋.
