Easy-drinking type with 12% alcohol by volume Hot summers call for sourness. It is the same with sake. That's why I chose this sake. Let's get started! The aroma is.... It is a bit like green apple, but to be honest, it is not as good as I expected. On the palate Ah, it might be apple if you ask me. I can feel the sweetness and tartness of the apple-like taste in its own way. I guess I expected too much, set the bar too high... But if you try it without any preconceived notions, you might feel the green apple taste instead... I'm not saying that I have to have a lot of experience, but I should try not to be prejudiced 😅... P.S. 5th day after opening the bottle. I made a small mistake and let it get lukewarm 💦. But this turned out to be a good thing! The sourness and sweetness are now more intense, and the appleiness is more apple-like: ⤴️ I'm convinced it's a green apple 👍.

The green apple or very gorgeous aroma and taste are impressive. For a moment I felt a sweetness like sugar water, but the taste was dry through the throat, but the sweetness remained in the mouth, which was strange. Is there something wrong with my sense of taste? Also, the heat in the mouth, despite the labeled alcohol content of 15 degrees, made me suspect that the alcohol content might be a little higher than that. Well, there is no doubt that it is a delicious sake.

A low-alcohol drink that is gentle on a tired body. It is so light that you don't even feel the alcohol taste (personal difference?). The acidity is not too strong and it is easy to drink. I am sure that even people who don't usually drink sake will enjoy it. Ahhh...but I personally prefer a richer taste 😅I'll hold off until tomorrow.
