Yamahai Junmai Nigori🍶 Yamadanishiki from Itoshima🌾.
Bitter and delicious ✨. Dry. Less flabby than it looks. The bitterness is diluted a little by the squid. Gives a grassy feel. Shrimp cheese spring roll 🦐🧀 with chili sauce makes it sweet 😅Omoro 😆.

For my sixteenth cup, I decided on "Bida"!
I decided to have it because I missed my trip to Fukuoka last year👍.
The taste is cloudy and thick, with a lot of rice flavor.
The dryness also makes it easy to drink for a mukuri-shu, and it washes down the fat from the pork bowl I had earlier, making it just right for a reset ✨.
Although it is labeled "Dai-harakuchi" (very dry), the dryness is moderate for a cold sake.
It seems to go well with oily snacks, so we paired it with seared tuna octopus with mayonnaise, and it went very well.
Purchased at Sumiyoshi Shuhan in Fukuoka.
You may often see Mitsui no Kotobuki from the same brewery, but you may not see Bida very often unless you are in Kyushu.
At room temperature.
Calm taste. Not that voluminous and not particularly spicy. Sourness is just a little.
The aftertaste is long.
