Drink cold
Slightly yellow
Slightly aged aroma
On the palate, it has a firm richness with a little bit of an aged-like quality.
The dryness appears later.
When heated up, the peculiarity softens.
I like it best lukewarm.

It has an old sake feel, but I think it's an easy-drinking type among them.
It has the acidity of Yamahai, but it is a crisp old sake. It is a kind of sake. Delicious. Personally, I like it, but if it's koshu, more robust koshu is also good.

Bitter and delicious ✨. Dry. Less flabby than it looks. The bitterness is diluted a little by the squid. Gives a grassy feel. Shrimp cheese spring roll 🦐🧀 with chili sauce makes it sweet 😅Omoro 😆.

For my sixteenth cup, I decided on "Bida"!
I decided to have it because I missed my trip to Fukuoka last year👍.
The taste is cloudy and thick, with a lot of rice flavor.
The dryness also makes it easy to drink for a mukuri-shu, and it washes down the fat from the pork bowl I had earlier, making it just right for a reset ✨.
