The second bottle from Tsuchiya Shuzo is Akanesasu. It was recommended to me at a restaurant in Gotanda, and I enjoyed it. When I told the owner about it, he asked me if I was Mr. Kuwabara. He said, "Yes, that's right. That's right. He was quite knowledgeable about the restaurant's specialties. Since we were the only customers there, we were able to have a nice conversation. He said he was thinking of closing the restaurant because not many customers were coming in today. Watch out, watch out, watch out. It's a good thing we made it in time, because even though it's the GW season, it's still a great place. Well, I don't have to tell you that Akanesasu was delicious. I felt closer to the young owner when I got to know his face.
I bought this sake as a souvenir from Nagano. I wanted it when I drank it at the store and looked for it. I think it has a good overall balance with a touch of sweetness. I recommend this sake.

Nouveau "Akanesasu" (raw sake)
The "Akanesasu" of Tsuchiya Shuzo, the Tsuchiya brewery of "Kame no Umi", is not flashy and the fire-brewed type is not flashy, but it has a sober, sober impression. Nouveau is a fresh, juicy, delicious sake with a slight sparkle and a sense of speed.

This is a hanpunshu from Tsuchiya Sake Brewery "Akane Sasu Kai" in Saku, Shinshu.
It arrived last fall, but had been waiting in the refrigerator.
As the hanpusake for the March issue was about to arrive, I decided to drink it.
I had the impression that the "Akanesasu" fire-aged sake was plain (nourishing),
However, this one is excellent with a slightly effervescent taste and a gentle, gentle umami flavor.
It is not flashy, but it is of high quality.
Teriyaki yellowtail,
boiled komatsuna and deep-fried tofu, ham salad, and
