I bought this when I visited the brewery during my trip to Karuizawa this year 😍I had seen Kame no Kai at the local liquor store, but when I read the reviews of the brewery, I saw many reviews of Akanesu, so I got this one 😊It has an apple-like pineapple aroma and a delicious sweetness. Juicy and a little bittersweet with a lingering bitterness, but very tasty 😊.

I stopped by the sake brewery on my way to Karuizawa😊This was my first visit to Tsuchiya Sake Brewery and I brought home a bottle of their delicious Akane Sake, which is the one you can't buy in the neighborhood 😍It was very tasty ♬ I want to try Kame no Kai next time 😘.

My first Akanesu is a sparkling. The body is rather solid, and the weight at 8% is interesting.

It uses rice grown with reduced agricultural chemicals🌾 in the Gorobei paddy fields in Saku City.
It has a very good flavor.
It is not flashy, but the flavor of the rice is rich and mellow.
