New Year's Eve.
At the "Akanesasukai" distribution sake.
In 2023, we enjoyed everyday drinking, drinking out, off-line meetings, and petit off-line meetings, but it was significant that the atmosphere of the Corona disaster eased up and we were able to go on a trip that seemed like a trip for the first time in a while.
It was great to be able to visit Tsuchiya Sake Brewery in May for the Akanesusu-kai's brewery opening event.
I will never forget the freshness and mellowness of the Akanesasu that I drank from a tank in the refrigerated room of the brewery.
This sake is basically like that sake.
When distributing Akanesasukai, there was a comment that it was for those who were not able to come to the May brewery opening.
The freshness has calmed down a bit, and the flavor is more robust.
We would like to follow and support this sake brewery in Saku, Shinshu, which produces a variety of different types of sake.

Nouveau "Akanesasu" from Tsuchiya Sake Brewery in "Kame no Umi".
It is a delicious sake with a slight effervescence and speed, quite mellow and acidic, and has quite an impact.
The fire-brewed version of "Akanesasu" is not flashy, but has a tasty and calm impression, while the Nouveau version has completely different characteristics, being a fresh and juicy umeshu.
