Togakushi skiing❄️ #2
This sake was also purchased at Echigoya Shoten.
I thought I'd try it since it is from the same brewery as Kame no Kai...
Polishing ratio 59
Alcohol 17%.
Very nice aroma, chili, fruity and handsome!
Delicious balance between soft sweetness, umami and acidity!
The second or third day, it still has the same great aroma and fruity melon-like flavor.
The umami is up↑, the acidity has calmed down and a little bitterness is felt.
It is now even more balanced!
On the 4th day, the flavor has settled down, but the umami and acidity can still be felt, and the balance is good, so it is delicious!
Although I prefer the fine snow of Kame-no-umi, I also like the umami flavor of this one!
The pink 🩷 label is not a miss. ❣️
The third picture is the view we saw at the ski resort on the 14th ✨.
It was a perfect day for skiing as it cleared up well after the ❄ fall at night 🎿.
The 4th picture is the soba noodles we had at the lodge on the slope!
It seems that Yamaguchiya also serves it here, and it was very tasty 😊.
Pon.
Good evening!
There are many delicious soba restaurants in the Togakushi area 🤩 I see that they serve soba at the lodge as well! Togakushi is indeed a great place! I haven't seen any turtle sea or Akanesusu... 💦Maybe I should plan a trip to Shinshu 🤔.
Good evening, Pon-chan 😃.
When I lived in Nagano, put wasabi directly on soba noodles without dissolving it! I was instructed to put the green onion only in the soba water! I was instructed how to eat 😅.
Akanesusu! I'd like to drink it when the dry fever is over 🤗.
Ponchan konbanhar(o´ω`o)no~~!
I was talking about soba noodles with kan the other day and heard that they are delicious 😊.
The pictures look so good!
I want to eat and drink 🍶´-😆.
Good morning, Pon-chan 😀
It looks like you had a great trip to Nagano 😀.
Enjoyed skiing with beautiful mountains and delicious Shinshu soba ❤️
And then the Nagano sake 🍶.
The pink label adds to the deliciousness!
Hello Pon-chan ^ ^ ^
I didn't come across this sake on my last trip to Shinshu, did you?
Beautiful scenery, typical of snow country👍.
Quintessential Togakushi, even the slope lodge has soba noodles😊.
Hi Pon-chan!
I'm especially interested in the Shinshu sake that I haven't had yet 😁.
The soba noodles at the lodge are so authentic, I can tell you value the transmission of the local food culture✨.
Hi Kozo 🐦.
I heard that the restaurant next door called "Kuei" was delicious but it was sold out😭I was disappointed and went in and ordered and was surprised to see delicious soba noodles from a great restaurant!
I hope you'll try it when the weather warms up 😊🎶.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🐦.
I knew about wasabi, but leek is new to me 😳I learned a lot 🙏.
When I was younger, I ate hot soba noodles in Matsumoto and got a dubious look 🤣It sounds like you have a lot on your mind 😁.
Ofuji, welcome back from Zao 😊.
Togakushi is a mecca for skiers 😅It is so far from Kansai that even Shiga Kogen is as far as you can go 💦I recommend you to visit Zenkoji Temple in the warmer season.
Hi Yasbay 🐦.
After I went skiing, I noticed that everything was damaged except my board and boots 😳I had to rent goggles 🤣I'm glad I skied in good condition for probably the last time 🩷.
I'm secretly drinking 🩷label this year 😁.
Hi Manta 🐦!
I was so surprised to see such a proper Soba noodle 😳 even Sobayu! I also had some Soba Dorayaki because I didn't have enough 🤭.
The next day, we went to that soba restaurant 😁next time 😉.
Hi Gyve-san 🐦.
I had to buy some Akanesasu because I don't see it even in Kyoto 💦 You may know that Kame no Umi is sold only in one bottle at Mae Kawada near Yamamoto-san...
Togakushi, I have an extraordinary passion for soba 👍.
Pon-chan
That buckwheat noodle shop, is it Fatman's ✨?
What did you drink?
What did you eat?
I'm looking forward to your review 😊.
I think I'll have soba for dinner tomorrow 🤔.
Good evening Ponchan 😃
Sake and soba is a great combination 😌I tried several times to make soba last year but it didn't go well... 😅I'm planning to go to a soba making experience soon because it's tough to learn on my own ✌️
Good evening, Pon-chan. Beautiful and rugged mountains, aren't they?
I've never experienced this combination yet. But I haven't experienced this combination yet. 😮💨💨
Good evening, Ponchan 😃Akane Sasu is a sake that I have been wanting to meet for many years! And Soba is just too good 😆💕I love the skiing and the drinking 💓.
Hi Rafa 🐦.
It's nice! Drinking at home & freshly made soba 💕
When I was younger, I made soba at a soba dojo in Shirakawa-go, and they taught me how to make it very well 👍I would love to experience it 😊.
Please upload your soba when you make it 😉.
Hi Lan 🐦.
Yes, I was surprised to know that you train in such a steep mountain 😳
There are not so many soba restaurants in Kansai itself 💦I'm totally OK with soba with udon and sake 😁I hope there will be more soba restaurants 🐩.
Hi Waka 🐦.
I thought it was available in your part of the world 😳I can't buy it, but it seems to be available there 😆I think there might be very few stores in Kansai that carry it 🥺I hope there is at least an event at a department store 🙏.
Hi Pon, Hello ☆(*´ч`*)
I love melon-like fruity drinks 🍈.
Warm winter is a problem for skiers 🤔.
I climbed Mount Togakushi and Mount Takatsuma 2 years ago ⛰.
Hi, Sheri 🐦!
I see you made the climb 😳 That's great! It looks so high from the mountain across the way and also looks steep😱The ridge looks like it has a lot of ups and downs😱.
When I went there, they said it was like it was finally snowing ❄😅.
Our second daughter was accepted to the high school of her choice through the entrance examination with a recommendation! I'm so happy!
As a parent, I'm in tears because my hard work as a club leader has been recognized with a recommendation 😭.
I wish you all the best for your future 😄.
Now, in the midst of all this, I feel as if Akane will brightly light up the future in a meaningful way, so I'm going to open the bottle.
It is delicious!
It's fresh, but it also has a delicious flavor and a clean aftertaste!
Whatever I drink today is the best 😆👍👍
Good morning, Tsutsukitate 😃.
Congratulations on your daughter's acceptance💮 to the school of her choice🎉The experience of working hard as a department head will help her in the future🤗.
Akanezasu! Indeed, the light ✨ points to you😊It was a good drink 🥹.
Congratulations on your daughter's success 🎉🌸🌸It was worth all the hard work 😊It led to high school and I'm happy for you and your daughter 🎶.
The sake, the name and the label 🩷 are perfect for the celebration! Even more delicious sake ✨.
Good morning, Tsutsukitate-san.
I'm so happy to hear that your daughter's high school was chosen early by her school of choice.
Congratulations 🎊㊗️🎉
My younger son will take the high school entrance exam next year,
I don't know what will happen with Ayatsu's grades. 😮💨
Thank you, Jay & Nobby! I'm sure it will be useful in the future as it sounds like you had a tough time as a director!
The brand name kind of freaked me out 😆.
Thank you very much, Tsuyodai!
I'm the type of person who puts in a lot of effort, so I was even happier to see it 😭
Akanesasu was delicious 👍although the celebration may have compensated for the taste 😅.
Thank you, Yann!
It's such a relief when you decide so soon 😄
We still have a younger one as well, so we have to take care of each other😅ahhhh it bothers me 😂.
I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😁.
Speaking of rewards for a business trip to Nagano,..,
Three of us came on a business trip, one of us is a nicotine 🚬 anyway, and the other one doesn't drink sake, so we had no choice! (I'm going to say it twice, even on the second post, because it's important.) I'm drinking alone.
This is a three-sake comparison at Shinshu Kurado.
The next one is Akanesu.
It's so good! I can drink as much as I want with this one, even though I have a cold in my nose (good kids shouldn't imitate me 😆).
I wish I could drink it on the shinkansen on the way home. I wish I had a small bottle 😊.
Ane-san. Good evening! Speaking of Nagano business trips, in the past I would have Shinshu wine at Shinshu Kurado. I haven't had any business trips recently, but now I would definitely have Shinshu sake! Akanesu looks delicious!
Hi WOM 😁.
I'm curious about wine too, but I always order sake. I'll be traveling to Shinshu more often than skiing this season, so I'll try some wine 🍷😊.
Slightly thinner, fruity + pungent taste that I've had!
Mutsu Hachisen, Tasake type?
Not new, but easy to drink and delicious!
I prefer Kame no Umi from the same brewery!
Recommended by a colleague, this was my first time drinking it.
The aroma is like a melon, and the taste is sweet in the mouth at first, but the sharpness is just right, and the umami of the rice is well pronounced, but it has a refreshing taste, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
I have been drinking many Shinshu Nagano sake from the Matsumoto and Suwa breweries, but now that I like Akanesusu, I would like to try a variety of Saku sake from now on.
Akanesasu Nouveau Unfiltered Nama
Turtle🐢's sister of the sea
Famous for being used in JAL first class before.
I have visited a sake brewery in Saku,
I have an image of fire-brewed sake 🍶.
The other day, Hiraccio-san was drinking it, so I went looking for it.
The other day, Hiraccio was drinking it, so I looked for it and found it.
Fresh aroma, umami, sweetness, and a hint of sourness
Fresh aroma, umami, sweetness, and a hint of sourness
My heart ached when I saw the scene of the earthquake and tsunami on TV.
It's cold and there seems to be no supplies
I just pray for everyone's safety and security 🙏.
Drinking at home 567
Manachie, Happy New Year 🎍.
I don't see Akanesasas very often, so I guess when I come across them is when I can drink, I've never seen a turtle 🐢chan's sister, and I've never seen her alive 😁.
Good evening, Harry 🌇.
How was the Nouveau Akanesasu?
I think it is a sweet and tasty sake that gives quite a different impression from the fire-aged version.
You are the sister of turtle sea 🐢👍.
Hiraccio, good morning.
Akanesasu Nouveau was a sweet and fresh sake as you said, I think the fire-brewed was a calmer sake. I think the fire-brewed was a calmer sake.
Thanks for relying on Hiraccio's information: ❣️
New Year's Eve.
At the "Akanesasukai" distribution sake.
In 2023, we enjoyed everyday drinking, drinking out, off-line meetings, and petit off-line meetings, but it was significant that the atmosphere of the Corona disaster eased up and we were able to go on a trip that seemed like a trip for the first time in a while.
It was great to be able to visit Tsuchiya Sake Brewery in May for the Akanesusu-kai's brewery opening event.
I will never forget the freshness and mellowness of the Akanesasu that I drank from a tank in the refrigerated room of the brewery.
This sake is basically like that sake.
When distributing Akanesasukai, there was a comment that it was for those who were not able to come to the May brewery opening.
The freshness has calmed down a bit, and the flavor is more robust.
We would like to follow and support this sake brewery in Saku, Shinshu, which produces a variety of different types of sake.
Merry Christmas🎄
I got home late from work and the date has already changed to the 25th and it's a late night drink.
Chicken and,
Christmas tree shaped salad with potato salad inside 😊.
The cake🍰 that my daughter made for us was also on the table.
Nouveau "Akanesasu" from Tsuchiya Sake Brewery in "Kame no Umi".
It is a delicious sake with a slight effervescence and speed, quite mellow and acidic, and has quite an impact.
The fire-brewed version of "Akanesasu" is not flashy, but has a tasty and calm impression, while the Nouveau version has completely different characteristics, being a fresh and juicy umeshu.
Hiraccio-san, Merikuri 🎄 Akane Sasu is the sister of Kame-chan, I've only had fire-roasted 😋 I think your daughter's homemade 🍰1 is the best for you, isn't it? I like it 😄
Harry, it's Melikuli🎄.
Akanesusu is the sister of the turtle sea 👍.
It's a mellow fresh sake different from hi-ire.
Yokouchi-san also carries it.
I tasted the cake 🍰 thankfully.
Merry Christmas, Pon🎄.
The quality of the sake and the color of the label was spectacular.
This year I did not buy it from the cake shop, but savored the handmade thankfully.
The first Sunday in December.
I came home from work and had a drink while watching a recording of the Kanto University Rugby 🏉 rivalry match against Waseda-Mei.
I watched the recording of the Waseda-Mei match and had a glass of wine with dinner.
Akanesusuha,
It is different from Kame no Kai in that it has the natural flavor of sake rice grown with less pesticides.
It has a mellow but not showy flavor that is impressive.
