The flavor is strong, but the sweetness is gentle.
The sweetness seems to get stronger as you drink it.
It has a refreshing aftertaste with a touch of alcohol.
A sake that you will never get tired of as the taste changes in your mouth.
Delicious!
I don't have the BY written down, but I think it's been laid down for a few years.
The color is lightly colored.
The aroma is like yogurt with a hint of lactic acid, as is typical of Yamahai.
It is delicious at room temperature, with a well-balanced sweetness and sourness that does not interfere with meals.
The acidity and sharpness increase when heated. It has plenty of flavor and should be served with food that is well seasoned.
Delicious.
The picture was blurry (tsk tsk).
I felt quite a bit of acidity, and the way it felt in my mouth was quite interesting!

★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Cattle set, the rice polishing ratio of 47 in French. It is a gift from a relative of the brewery. It is gorgeous like Yamadanishiki, and has acidity and a good taste. We got a good one.
I went to Sakagoe in Ako.
Local sake in a town with a nice atmosphere
There was a good smell from the sake brewery.
Chushingura of Okudo brewery
This is the name of Ako 🙂.
How does it taste?
It's good.
It's not particularly unique.
It's not particularly unique, but it's a nice, clean, strong sake taste.
Personal 4.0 stars
Slightly colored liquor. The aroma contains a sourness reminiscent of yogurt and pomegranate.
At room temperature, it has a sour and sweet taste, with a delicious flavor that spreads throughout the mouth. As it warms up, the acidity softens and the gentle flavor spreads, and the sake clears up quickly.
The sake's gentle flavor makes it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes, and it can be drunk at room temperature or warmed.
According to the sake shop owner's father, Endo Shoji, the brewer, got a new machine this year to wash the rice. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but it makes for a beautiful, gentle sake.
There is a local liquor store that carries it, so I bought it, even though it's a little far away. It doesn't say it's made from Hyogo Yumeski, but I think it's an unprocessed sake. At the beginning, the acidity and the richness of the flavor are impressive. At the end, the tongue tingles. (Impressions with cold sake)
