In Harima, we savored sake from Ako Sakagoe.
The town of Sakagoe had a charming atmosphere that could be designated as a jyudenken.
The rice polishing ratio is 47% in honor of Ako Ronishi.
It has a solid flavor and sweetness, but the taste is refreshing.
It is a very high quality sake that suits my taste more than I imagined.
Chushingura Hyogo Yume Nishiki Yamahai Junmai
It was sold at half price at Aeon in Himeji. The production date is November, 2008. It's hard to find this label except at AEON in Banshu area.
It has a dark sweetness and a strong alcohol feeling.
It has a strong Yamahai Junmai feel to it.
The lukewarm heating deepens the sweetness.
But it's best warmed and cooled to let the sweetness swell.
It goes well with lukewarm, chilled soba noodles and cold natto.
I've had a haircut and I feel good
I had a nice haircut.
Aroma: Slightly.
Flavor: Clean, dry, with a strong alcohol taste. I think it would go well with Kinpira Gobo (burdock root)!
The moment you put it in your mouth, the sourness, sweetness, and deliciousness rush into your mouth. It is just like a battle of the Ako Gishi. The alcohol is not strong, but you can tell from the sensation that it is strong sake. The aftertaste disappears quickly. An interesting and delicious sake.
Strong acidity
Strong body
Tropical fruit-like
It has a lot of miscellaneous flavors, but it's interesting.
I can't drink a lot of it because of the loud taste.
The rice polishing rate of 90% is interesting.
The flavor is strong, but the sweetness is gentle.
The sweetness seems to get stronger as you drink it.
It has a refreshing aftertaste with a touch of alcohol.
A sake that you will never get tired of as the taste changes in your mouth.
Delicious!
I don't have the BY written down, but I think it's been laid down for a few years.
The color is lightly colored.
The aroma is like yogurt with a hint of lactic acid, as is typical of Yamahai.
It is delicious at room temperature, with a well-balanced sweetness and sourness that does not interfere with meals.
The acidity and sharpness increase when heated. It has plenty of flavor and should be served with food that is well seasoned.
Delicious.
The picture was blurry (tsk tsk).
I felt quite a bit of acidity, and the way it felt in my mouth was quite interesting!

★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Cattle set, the rice polishing ratio of 47 in French. It is a gift from a relative of the brewery. It is gorgeous like Yamadanishiki, and has acidity and a good taste. We got a good one.
I went to Sakagoe in Ako.
Local sake in a town with a nice atmosphere
There was a good smell from the sake brewery.
Chushingura of Okudo brewery
This is the name of Ako 🙂.
How does it taste?
It's good.
It's not particularly unique.
It's not particularly unique, but it's a nice, clean, strong sake taste.
Personal 4.0 stars
Slightly colored liquor. The aroma contains a sourness reminiscent of yogurt and pomegranate.
At room temperature, it has a sour and sweet taste, with a delicious flavor that spreads throughout the mouth. As it warms up, the acidity softens and the gentle flavor spreads, and the sake clears up quickly.
The sake's gentle flavor makes it a perfect accompaniment to a variety of dishes, and it can be drunk at room temperature or warmed.
According to the sake shop owner's father, Endo Shoji, the brewer, got a new machine this year to wash the rice. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but it makes for a beautiful, gentle sake.
