It flows through the taste buds, leaving a pineapple and muscat-like sweetness on the tongue.
I purchased this bottle after visiting a sake brewery during a trip to Ako in November.
I gave it to a friend as a souvenir and we drank it together🍶.
There was a sales office in the brewery and a pretty laid back brewery guy came out and let us sample a variety ✨.
He said, "If you don't like it, you don't have to buy it..." but you'd come this far to buy something👍.
The cattle set has a fruity taste and is easy to drink max ❗️
On the other hand, I also tasted the garden sake that bouken-san used to drink, which is an interesting sake with a peculiar sour taste that I personally prefer.
Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃.
I'm curious about the cattle set, but it's pretty pricey so I'd like to at least try a tasting 😁.
There are stores that carry Otome but they only sell bottles 💦I wonder what it tastes like🤔.
Good morning, bouken. ☀︎
Yes, the price is high, so it's more like a gift than for yourself 💧.
You can taste this one at the brewery too 🎵.
I bought one for myself because I had never seen Otome Junmai before👍.
I heard you like Japanese sake," a customer told me.
The sake is from Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture, and is called "Chushingura.
It is a very high alcohol content (17%), so when I heated it up yesterday, it had a strong alcoholic taste, so I warmed it up lukewarm tonight. It's better to warm it up lukewarm because it has more umami.
It is easy to drink and refreshing. The aroma of steamed cloth is suppressed, and the sweetness of rice and carmelized aroma are accompanied by a moderate sourness. The taste and drinkability of the sake are well balanced.
The rice polishing ratio of 47%, which is multiplied by the number of Yoshinin, is indeed highly aromatic. It has both a cool melon aroma and a sweet peach aroma. The dryness at the end of the bottle is also good. The stylish wine-like label.
Entered a drinking comparison set at a department store. Slightly cloudy body. Peachy fruit aroma, rice sweetness, and cedar aroma, full-bodied, with a dry cut at the back of the throat. It is easy to drink as it is not too sour.
The aroma is already sour. It is also very sour when you drink it. Then, it has a strong sweet taste.
Is it easier to drink than the Banshu Issen garden sake I drank in the past?
It also has a complex graininess and miscellaneous flavors.
I think it is a peculiar and perverse sake, so I hope Nemuchi-san will drink it 🤣.
Good morning, bouken. ☀︎
I also drank a bottle of Chushingura last year as a gift, and I thought it had a nutty taste and acidity.
Before I knew it, Mr. Nemuchi was in charge of "kusei" sake.
Hi 👋😃I quite like the strong taste 😁💨💨I visited Okudo Shoji around this time last year and it was interesting to see the young president experimenting with various aging methods 😋 Did you drink it in hiya?
Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃.
I think the Yamahai I drank before also had a nutty taste 🥜.
I think Nemuchi-san is interested in mizu-hashiro or sour sake and I'd love for you to try it 🤣.
Good evening, bouken 🌛Yes ❗ I would love to try it, so check it out 🤣and I will look for it👍I prefer quirky and kinky drinks, but not quirky and kinky, make no mistake about it 🤣.
Good morning, Nemuchi.
I think you are just a pervert if you are a strong pervert 🤣.
I think there are only a few stores that carry it (very few stores to begin with), and I think the store I went to still has it, so should I buy it?
Good morning, bouken-san ☀Thank you for your kindness 🙇 I found a store in Osaka that carries it, so I'll go there on the weekend to look for other sake 😊.
(- 迭- )🍶🍶🍶🍶
Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀.
The aroma is mild🤔.
When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌.
I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.
