Today I got a sake called Chushingura that I got as a gift 😀 It says it's first shibori-nama-shu but it was aged at room temperature for more than 6 months 🤣Strong style 🔥💪🏾 but I chilled it before drinking 👀.
The aroma is mild🤔.
When you put it in your mouth, the rich flavor of rice 🌾 spreads in your mouth 😊👍and it has a nice sharpness so it's a very drinkable sake 😚👌.
I don't know about the original raw, but this is a delicious sake 🥳.
It has a mild aroma and a sweet taste like sweet potatoes.
It has a calm and weighty flavor that is typical of Yamahai.
It also has a hint of sourness, but it is moist and not sticky on the tongue.
It is good that it does not stick to the tongue.
The aroma of Chinese chives and rape blossoms is a good match.
Purchased at Hyoue Kouyoukaku in Arima Onsen
Not so much sweetness, but
but it has a good umami and acidity.
There is a lingering aftertaste
The bitterness seems to prevail at the end.
After drinking about half of the bottle, I rinsed the whole container.
When heated, the softness of the sake increases.
It has a gentle sweetness that is easy to drink.
It's easy to drink.
The young president showed us around and explained everything and we had a lot of tasting.
Sakagoshi townscape was very nice ✴️Old house cafe boom ☕😃☀️
100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture
The initial aroma is rose, and the alcohol is strongly felt.
The strength and complexity of the sake's yeast yeast yeast, combined with the full-bodied flavor of the yeast yeast, gives it a delicious full-bodied taste, but not so much acidity.
As it rolls down the palate, a delicious spiciness gradually takes over. The sourness is felt on the tip of the tongue. It is not to be drunk in large quantities.

Chushingura at Okufuji Sake Brewery in Ako.
We bought some draft sake at the brewery and 🦪 grilled oysters at the Denmafune across the street.
On a hot summer day, the marriage of cold sake and oysters is insanely delicious. The punchy nama sake is fruity with a deep lingering aftertaste. It has quite a strong impact.
Next time, I want to drink the seasonal freshly pressed sake.
It has an apple aroma with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
This type of sake would be better served hot.
This is a product of a historical sake brewery in Ako, Banshu.
The label is said to be based on a scene from "Kanadehon Chushingura.
I first learned about this brewery when a relative gave it to me as a souvenir.
Next, I am interested in a junmai ginjo called Cattle Set (47).
Looks like you all are having a lot of fun with your GW updates!
