The color is lightly colored.
The aroma is like yogurt with a hint of lactic acid, as is typical of Yamahai.
It is delicious at room temperature, with a well-balanced sweetness and sourness that does not interfere with meals.
The acidity and sharpness increase when heated. It has plenty of flavor and should be served with food that is well seasoned.
