Drinking more and more. The third category from the right is Akabu. This is also undoubtedly delicious. The otoshizushi, shirataki with cod roe, is also delicious. It's good.

This is the F nama sake that we could not find last year. It was included in last month's hanpukai.
It is cosy, still petite, clear and refreshingly delicious.
I think it's great as a regular sake 😃.
I was so busy I forgot a year had passed💦.
The beginning of the Sake swamp "AKABU Kohaku"!
It's an autumn sake, so open the bottle before December 🎉.
This year's Kohaku is a bit more acidic than last year's.
Last year, I felt a direct sweetness.
It's not the same as I remember.
After drinking over 110 bottles of sake in the past year
my taste buds may have changed.
I would like to try more brands in the next year.
I would like to try many different brands.
It has a nice fresh and sweet aroma!
The mouthfeel is soft and spicy✨.
The taste is melon-like sweetness with good acidity and a rich and tasty banana with lactic acidity.
This ice cream is like a slightly melted melon soda, sweet but spicy and refreshing 😆!
Maybe it's my imagination, but it seems to be richer than last year? It is a bit richer than last year?
It's warm and pleasant today.
Lemon squash!
The bottle is black and I can't see what's inside, so I can't blow out.
I wonder if they could make the bottle a color that makes it easier to see what's inside...
I bought this bottle at Sakamoto Sake Shop near Kaiun Bridge on a business trip to Morioka. It is a new sake from Akabu Shuzo, one of the most promising breweries in Iwate, led by an up-and-coming brewer. The brewery used to have a saddle in Otsuchi, Sanriku, but moved to Morioka after the earthquake and has made great strides since then.
Using my exhaustion from working consecutive days as an excuse, I drink the new sake while it is still fresh. It tastes sweet and sour and fresh, reminiscent of green apples. It is rich and delicious!
