This is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai.
The packaging was very careful and excellent.
The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. The refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant. The final taste is bitter. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki and other sake I have had in the past were sweeter. I wish there was a store in Kansai where I could buy Shugou...
I heard that the sake brewery here is aging, with all the employees over 65 years old. I wonder if that's why they don't distribute much.
Hi bouken😄
This brewery seems to be quite small, and when I got into it more than 20 years ago, the father of the liquor store said it was hard to buy it anywhere else. Indeed, I haven't seen it at all since I left Saitama.
I wanted to drink this one too, Kameko-Hanabishi from Saitama, but they say it's a new flavor with Saitama G yeast.
I did a little research and found out that it's a Capueti high-productivity yeast.
Well, let's drink it anyway.
The aroma is surprisingly not that spectacular, and the graininess that is common in junmai unfiltered sake is competing with the graininess, settling into a slightly aromatic junmai sake.
The taste is more mellow than sweet, and the fruity flavor is just right, expressing the taste of ripe fruit, making it very drinkable!
The only drawback is that it would probably be more beautiful if the graininess was reduced a bit more.
Overall, a reasonably good sake.
Miyamanishiki 90
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content: 16 to less than 17 degrees Celsius
Gorgeous and fruity is what this sake is all about!
The taste in the mouth is like a bouquet of sweet spring flowers.
Thanks again for your hard work today.
I'm like Fat Juro from a certain anime. Yum! Yum! Yum!"
Bouncing umami. Thick richness. It has both weight and impact. The best parts of each of them are well packed together. It's not fair. Of course it's good. I also admire the skill in putting it all together.
I want you to match it with a simple boiled egg.
Thank you for the meal.
I come home from work and the day has changed, but the evening drink I slowly enjoy gives me energy for each day.
With cheese hamburger, tofu salad, etc.
Kameko-Hanabishi's Omachi.
A truly delicious sake with a unique character.
I would rate this brand as one of the top Saitama sake brands👍.
The flavor has a cocoa-like aroma and glossy taste.
Delicious 😌.
My first Saitama sake.
The aroma is fruity, and the sweetness spreads in the mouth, turning into bitterness and spiciness at the end of the drink. It is easy to drink.
The first bottle of 2022 is a Kameko Hanabishi nama sake that I received at the end of the year.
The alcohol content is a little high at 19 to 20 degrees.
From the first sip, it was surprisingly easy to drink. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to drink it again. 😅
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but it's a good thing.
It's a good thing that I'm not the only one who can't get enough of this stuff.
I drank about 2/5 of it, but I was pretty drunk😑.
I've been curious about this brand from Saitama for a long time. When I live in Saitama, I see the name here and there in various places, but it doesn't come true... This time, I was finally able to drink it!
My first impression was that it was like Matsu Midori's Special Junmai! The umami is very strong, and the sweetness doesn't overpower the acidity, so you can drink it without getting bored. The sweetness doesn't overpower the acidity, so you can drink it without getting bored.
However, the umami is more pronounced in this one. According to a certain book that introduces this sake, it is described as "the umami pops like a rubber ball", which at first glance makes no sense, but once you drink it, it becomes somewhat understandable.
On the second day, the acidity receded a little, and the strength of the umami and alcohol (17-18 degrees) became clearer than the day before. After that, the sense of Matsumidori (green pine) becomes more and more distant.
In any case, the strength of the umami comes to the fore, and it should be called umami bakudan. Do you like strong sake? If you do, please try it. It's interesting!

It may seem dense compared to Koenigiku, which has a crisp taste, but it's a local sake with character and ability. If you have the chance, by all means!
Mr. Hirakucho.
Hello!!!
I'm with you on this one~.
I think this richness is addictive.
In Saitama, I think Hanayoi, Igarashi, Sairai, and Kameko-Karabishi are the Four Heavenly Kings!
flos_lingua_est, you're right.
That Saitama Four Heavenly Kings, each with their own personality, is a good choice👍.
I think Kamikame is exceptional, and Kagamiyama is also very good.
kzsh1017.
For some reason, you can't buy Igarashi at the brewery 🥲.
But I think it's delicious, so I want people to try it somehow!
Hosono Shoten also has a lot of good sake!
kzsh1017.
I am embarrassed by my ignorance💦
From now on, I want to be proud of Saitama's sake〜.
I'm sorry that I kind of led you on. I hope you can find a store near you that carries it 😥.
kzsh1017.
I'm relieved to hear you say that😭.
It's a shop run by a young couple, and it's one of the few places where you can buy a rare brand called ROOM.
It is true that Saitama is full of liquor stores unexpectedly!
Jun Gin Omachi
Sweet and delicious! Omoo! It has the assertiveness and sweetness of unpasteurized sake. It has a strong umami taste. Omo Ama Umami. This is a sizzling Delaware. 83 points!
