One of the Hokuriku trip🍶.
Fruity and refreshing aroma.
The first impression is of a sweet taste, but the aftertaste is dry and slightly refreshing. It is rich and delicious.
Limited edition sake from a liquor store in Yamanaka Onsen
I'm a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it.
Very easy to drink and delicious!
It was a dangerous sake!

This is the third Yumezumi after a long absence.
It has a mild but youthful, unpasteurized sake flavor.
The taste is simple but delicious, with a concentrated rice flavor, good acidity, and a softness that you later realize it is 18°.
I felt like I was being taught anew how to appreciate sake.
Empty the bottle as cold sake.
Tomorrow is GW, I'll have a glass there (*^^*).
Dry and robust aroma. Refreshing taste.
It goes well with simmered sardines, so it's good for ‼️.(*^^*)
Nomi City.
The aroma is typical of ginjo-shu, with a nice fragrance. It does not smell of alcohol. The taste is clean and easy to drink, with no persistent aftertaste.
The first in a series of souvenirs from a trip to Ishikawa purchased at Liquor Shop Kawabata.
Gentle sweetness and mature aroma, with just a hint of alcohol stimulation.
Might be tasty warmed up.
