I just came back from a trip today and had a glass of Yumezou, a local sake 😀.
It's full of flavor and a little dry 😊It has a nice crisp aftertaste and a nice sharp taste 😚.

It's my first time to try Miyamoto Sake Brewery's sake ✨.
It's a strong style sake with lots of flavor 😚 It was a delicious cup 🥳.
Rice used is unknown
Pale gold color, but without much sense of maturity.
Slightly light, with strong acidity.
It is rather sweet.
It has a sharp, clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it.
The umami flavor also comes through with a zing, making it a deeply flavored sake.
