The main brand of Kosaka Shuzo's sake, Hyakuharu Daiginjo, is located in Mino City.
Purchased at a supercenter in Mino City.
Recently visited the brewery. Purchased some sake.
The aroma is a nutty ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, with the umami and sweetness of the rice coming through first. There is a bitterness in the finish, but it is not so strong that it bothers me.
I am grateful to have found a good sake.
