Thick and mellow grains! Full-bodied and would go well with hot pot! The alcohol content is as high as 21 degrees! Gently sweet and tasty, with a refreshing alcohol taste. A dangerous sake that goes on and on with food!
*It is classified as a liqueur.
Nigori sake, a genre I don't drink much!
I had an image of nigori sake as being easy to drink (influenced by Sanuki Kuraudeji?), but that was not the case! But it was not so!
I think this one has a strong sake taste.
The texture is smooth on the tongue, but the sake flavor spreads out in the middle.
I personally felt it was sake.
Slightly clear, cloudy white color, slightly viscous (alc21).
Aroma with a hint of sweetness.
Rich sweetness from the torrid attack, refreshing acidity, and moderate bitterness. The aftertaste is dry and lingers as it is. In spite of its high alcohol content, it is easy to drink, and in a sense, scary.
It is a typical nigori sake of Niigata. 21 degrees. The sweetness and richness are intense, but you can't stop. It is endless when you compare it to Niigata's light and dry sake. You can drink as much as you want. It is also a strange sake that does not give you a hangover.
My brother recommended this sake to me. I have loved amazake since I was a child, and nigori sake is also my favorite sake. This was my first time drinking Gorohachi, but it was delicious, with a strong fizzy taste like nigori sake and the sweetness I like. I drank too much.
21% alcohol by volume
Chill to a crisp.
Sip it on the rocks with ice.
It is sweet and delicious.
It's by Kikusui, so there's no doubt about it.
It looks cold, but it's high in alcohol.
I'll drink Poppo.
I love the reasonable price.
We look forward to this winter-only muddy sake every year.
It is a liqueur with a strong flavor of spiciness, umami, and sweetness. It is very drinkable.
It is fermented in the bottle and has a very low carbonation.

Every year in October, we make sweet potato stew.
Usually we go with all Yamagata Prefecture ingredients, including a visit to the Yamagata Prefecture antenna shop in Ginza, but this year we had taro from Saitama, leeks from Yamagata, konnyaku from Tokyo, beef from Niigata's Shinobata Beef, and I forgot the burdock.
The standard nigori sake from the Kikusui brewery in Shibata, Niigata.
The label design has changed.
As expected of the Kikusui brewery's quality, this nigorizake is solid and drinkable.
The alcohol content is 21 👍.
Good evening, Director T.KISO😊.
That's right ❗️
Imoni and sake, heated also 🍶.
I can't get enough of it.
I finished before I could combine it with heated sake, so I'm going to make it Shonai style next week👍.
