Today we have Kikusui's Gorohachi.
It is Kikusui's autumn/winter limited edition nigori sake.
The type of sake is a liqueur, isn't it?
Kikusui Funaguchi is also quite sweet and cold.
I soaked the aluminum can in hot water and warmed it up to lukewarm.
Gorohachi took a hot bath and opened the bottle when he was warmed up.
It has a strong alcohol content and a gentle amazake-like aroma.
The first sip had a rich, full-bodied amazake flavor. The strong alcohol hit you hard. It is a super adult's amazake.
I can't get enough of this feeling ^ ^.
Although the alcohol content is extremely high, the strong sweetness and flavor is so delicious that you can't help but enjoy it.
It is dangerous to drink too much sake because it is only one cup.
Like Umezu's colander, which I drank last time.
I think it is fun to drink it with soda or other drinks by arrangement.
As I write this, I am already very drunk.
Oh, and if you read the package carefully, it says "on the rocks, well chilled" 😓.
One cup of nigorizake from Gorohachi. Aluminum can.
It has a good balance of rice sweetness, umami, and acidity. The alcohol content is 21, so it has a slightly strong alcoholic taste, but it is delicious and harmonizes well with the sweetness. (Although the stimulation of alcohol is felt relatively).
I am glad that it was tastier than I expected.
It is the kind of sake I would like to drink slowly during the cold season.
Gorohachi season is here━━━━ Holy crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the only one my wife buys on her own...
This is the one for the nabe.
Kikusui Shuzo's autumn/winter limited edition sake, Gorohachi.
It has a rich, full-bodied, deep flavor.
The sweetness and acidity are the best match for the Japanese winter taste.
It is the best match for Japanese winter taste...!
Although it has a high alcohol content, it is easy to drink.
It is good to sip it slowly and savor it.
It is best enjoyed straight after opening the bottle.
It is also fun to mix it with milk or juice in cocktails.
And it is cheap!

I tasted 10 kinds of sake with my friend (6).
It's a sweet sake with a rough texture 🎵.
It's like makgeolli ☺️.
It is said to be the name of a bandit from an Echigo folk tale 👹.
I was blindfolded when I tasted the sake so I couldn't discern the nigori 💦.
Mild aroma of grain. The mild grain aroma, the smooth texture, the rice texture, the firm umami and sweetness all spread to the palate at once, leaving a lingering bitter aftertaste. It is delicious.
Sake from my hometown that I buy when I find it
Just the right amount of sweetness and rice flavor.
I realized that I like nigori sake because I like rice.
I like the fact that it is strong and full-bodied with no acidity.
At first, it feels like dobu, but the lactic acidic aftertaste like dobu doesn't pull you down, it's rather refreshing❣️.
Maybe because of the high alcohol content, it has a clean aftertaste and doesn't pull any weird habits 🍶.
My brother bought it for me when I went home for New Year's. It is his favorite sake. I think it is delicious, but I prefer heated sake, so I don't need a small amount of nigori sake. My brother doesn't like heated sake.
Good evening, pyonpyon!
🍧! It has a very strong impact.
I fell in love with it lol
I can't believe you can drink shaved ice and nigori sake.
Perfect for summer✨!
It's a pairing I've been wanting to try too 😄!
It is sweet, rich, mellow and thick. It is similar to makgeolli, but has a crisp aftertaste like Japanese sake.
It's 21% alcohol by volume, but it's surprisingly easy to drink when it's cold. Sake is also available on the rocks, which I learned 🤔.
It goes well with nabe, especially kimchi nabe. I always drink this on kimchi nabe days.
Slurp kaa - tongue tingling. Alcohol content 21 degrees! I bought it on the way home from overtime work. Kikusui Shuzo has been a customer of mine for the Kikusui Funaguchi Ichiban Shibori, which is available at convenience stores and supermarkets before I started using Sake No Wa. I remember that it was a pioneer of canned raw sake. Thanks to this technology, we now have more opportunities to offer unpasteurized sake to the world, and I think this is an immeasurable achievement in the sake world.
I could go on and on, but according to the label, this sake is classified as a "liqueur".
At any rate, I'll note in my memorandum that it was a sweet and dangerous drink.
