One Year Aged Sake
It was surprisingly light and well-balanced delicious sake.
I visited this brewery 6 years ago, and it has evolved considerably since then.
I look forward to seeing more. ❗️

Fruity, citrusy, berry-like, and sweet.
I would rather drink this alone than as a food wine.
It would be great on a sunny afternoon with a glass of this and a view of cherry blossoms!

This brewery is located in Shiroishi City, Miyagi Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 40% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture.
Elegant and refreshing aroma, full-bodied rice flavor, mellow texture, and beautiful aftertaste.
The taste is mellow on the tongue with a beautiful lingering aftertaste.
