Traveling Around Japan Last May
The second part of "Traveling and Drinking Diary.
Tasted local sake at Miyagi Enkarida Onsen ♨️
Delicious sake brewed by the nature of Zao.
It was fruity and rich, and perfectly matched with the "Miyagi Zao Satsuki Yamakai no Blessing Souzen" served at the restaurant.
The third bottle is Miyagi's sake rice, Gin no Iroha, Zao no Kokoro series. The first impression on the palate is of muscat! It is elegant and crisp, as is typical of Miyagi sake. Easy to drink. Delicious!
Zao Brewery
Zao -Four Seasons
Sake to Commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Zao Shuzo Brewery
The brewery is located in Shiroishi City, Miyagi Prefecture.
Miyamanishiki rice produced in Zao-machi, Miyagi Prefecture, is polished to 85%.
The gentle aroma of rice is only possible with low polishing,
full-bodied rice flavor, and an elegant and soft finish.
and a soft aftertaste.
#Japanese Sake
Spring version🌸
Kao Harushiki is a low-alcohol sake with strong acidity and sweetness, and a beautiful pink color.
Hard to see the flavor of the rice, a bit disappointing but a good aperitif 🦆👌👌.
I would prefer a little more punch 🙄🙄.
