On the way back from Sendai
I started by stocking up at a liquor store in the city.
I remember it being a bit softer, but this sake, drunk on the express 🚃, has a classic flavor.
It has a deep taste like Junmai (pure rice).
Sake of the land with a view of the land,
The train is leaving the land
Hooray for the drinking train 🎉!
Hi Momochi 😃
I hope you are enjoying your return trip to the train 🤗.
Why is it so picturesque to drink 🍶 in a train window with flowing scenery 🥹?
Happy drinking train 🙌!
Opened May 19, 2024
Purchased at Togatta Onsen Kimura Shoten
Very nice color 🩷.
Like cherry blossoms, like a rosé wine🌸🍷.
A little sourness and a gorgeous koji aroma ^ ^.
Very light and easy to drink!
I think I'd like to drink it outside ☺️
The K series is sold only in a limited number of stores in Zao.
According to the sake shop owner, the K series is made by the young people of the Zao Sake Brewery, meaning that they put their heart and soul into their work.
The impression I got from drinking it was that it had a strong sweetness that lingered in the mouth, similar to the hinomitsu of Hatsuson Yukijin and Kudokibe Jr. that I drank recently.
If you are a local with Zao Sake Brewery and a sake lover, you must taste it!
So here it is, a commemorative sake for the 150th anniversary of the Zao Sake Brewery.
The label is gorgeous!
The sake rice is Miyamanishiki, but the rice polishing ratio is 85%.
It is rare, isn't it?
The aroma is calm and pleasant.
When drinking it, there is no peculiarity, and it has a rich rice flavor with a good balance.
It is a treat!
It's been a while since I've uploaded this.
It was so hot today.
Maybe because I'm not used to the heat this year, I got so hot in the head after a little bit of bike practice with my son in the sun 💨.
So, we drank a glass of K series "Summer Light" from Zao Shuzo for dinner.
The bottle is a cool, almost transparent blue bottle.
We opened the bottle immediately.
The first sip is refreshing and then crisp!
It was delicious and perfect for the hot season!
Thank you for the sake!
This is also recommended by the liquor store.
It has 13% alcohol by volume, sourness and sweetness, and you can easily drink it!
Delicious!
Recommended for people who don't usually drink sake...and of course, for regular drinkers!
Returned to GW family home
I came across this at a local liquor store.
It is like a rare cheese.
It is thick, sour and sweet at the same time!
It's a little bit unique taste!
It's delicious!
