Marubuku first shot
A challenging sake made with white malted rice that produces citric acid compared to the yellow malted rice often used in sake. A balance of sweetness and acidity reminiscent of freshly squeezed citrus fruits. It has a sweetness, but it is also sharp and refreshing on the throat. It also has a citrusy aroma.
When cold, the aroma is sake aroma, the taste is sweet to sour, and from there alcohol taste
When heated, the aroma has a honeyed flavor, and the taste emphasizes sourness
Classic Sake
This is the first time I have had this brand. The refreshing acidity was very impressive, and the citrus aroma was fragrant and crisp. 13% alcohol content was low, making it easy to drink and delicious.
The sake was easy to drink and tasted great.
Today I saw on social networking sites that it is delicious, so here it is! It is the first sake made with white malted rice in Zao! The first sake made with white malted rice in Zao😄Zao has been taking on a lot of challenges lately. Really good thing! As a local, I am proud of this brewery😄.
The aroma is very nice with muscat and citrus fruits, whereas the aroma of isoamyl acetate has been strong with banana. When you drink it, it goes from moderately sweet to sour and umami with good sharpness. The acidity is not as strong as it might be due to the white malted rice, and the balance of flavors is excellent! The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink. It's really delicious 😄.
According to the master brewer, he made this sake with white malted rice, not to increase the acidity, but because he thought that white malted rice would suit the flavor of this sake. A wonderful sense of style! A sake brewery in Shiroishi City brews with white malted rice. Something that will be talked about a lot (laughs).
Good evening, Mr. Sashu😄.
What a delicious looking sake ❣️
I can't believe that the white malted rice sake is not too acidic and well balanced 😍Great words from the toji ✨Sashu-san's local sake! Attention 👀 😆👍.
Good evening, Tsubuchan 😊It was a really delicious sake 🍶The fruity flavor was really well balanced with no alcohol smell. It is quite high in the recent sake I've had!
