Light acidity followed by astringency and bitterness.
Sake with a sense of sharpness.
The fact that it does not remain flat is a good impression.
I will drink it cool and enjoy it in the summer season.
I must explore Miyagi's sake as well.
Zao Impression
This is a local sake, but this is the first time I have had it.
It was delicious, gorgeous yet sharp! I will get it again when it is available in a fresh bottle!
Smells like pink grapefruit.
I thought it was cloudy but it's not. The color is clear and beautiful. The taste of rice is clear and refreshing with a sense of seasonality.
It's not bad, but it's not good either.
It's just like a prototype (lol)
Correction, the second sip is better than the first sip....keep drinking and your impression will change (lol)
This one is sweet, but maybe not so easy to drink. I think this sake is better than those too sweet sake.

The taste is very soft and smooth.
The taste sinks in later and later. ☺️
It has a rich umami-guchi taste! I like this kind of sake 😍
I love this kind of sake 😍

Dark ❗️Putty and shiny 🥤.
Very refreshing sweetness 🍊Dark and sharp sweetness like grapes 🍇Bodied ^ ^.
The slight bitterness typical of nama sake also accentuates the taste.
Meh 🍇‼️
A winter-only sake at the beginning of summer...sweat
The color is almost colorless and transparent.
Viscosity is not so high.
The aroma is melon-like ginjo aroma, and you can tell it's delicious even before you drink it.
The taste is just as expected, with sweetness and umami coming together.
The acidity is moderate, and it gives it the freshness and sharpness typical of a winter sake.
The aftertaste is also good, with just the right amount of bitterness.
Next year (this year?) I definitely want to repeat!
