A summer sake from Zao brewed with Miyagi sake rice, Gin-no-Iroha. Slight ginjo aroma. This is my first time at the brewery, and it finishes with a slight bitterness. It is crisp. The expression of Gin-no-Iroha varies from brewery to brewery.
