A rare sake sold only once a year. It's so precious that it's been hard to open. I finally opened it as a reward for myself. While you can feel the deliciousness of the rice It has an elegant and mellow sweetness. The sake rice is "Yumesansui" which is grown by our company. The rice polishing ratio is polished to 30%. It is expensive, but I want to buy it again this year.

Immediately after opening the package, it has a strong taste (sweetness? I thought it was a little hard to drink. But the next day, it became more refreshing and very tasty! Is it my physical condition or the change of alcohol 🤔? I received it from a relative and was surprised to find out later that it is a very rare sake 🫨.

I bought this sake because it is only available at Centrair, Central Japan International Airport. It tasted sweeter and tastier when heated. 1,397 yen.
