Family Trip at Yunoyama Onsen Hot Spring
We were going to stop at a liquor store in Mie, but we had to check in last minute!
So we decided to get some sake in Shizuoka or Aichi on the way...!
We stopped by Sakeya Bic and found this sake!
Houraisen Son Junmai Daiginjo
It seems to be a collaboration product!
The taste is aromatic and soft on the palate, sweet but with a refreshing aftertaste.
It was a good match with dishes!
Yunoyama Onsen is an alkaline radium spring. It is gentle to the skin.
The Matsusaka beef and lobster were delicious, and above all, the staff was very kind!

Houraisen Gin is a luxury 😱....
Sora is aged for 1 year and Gin is aged for 3 years before being sold.
I've never had many old sake so I'm looking forward to it 😋.
The aroma is subdued.

The classic flavor from the rice is strong and finishes with a touch of astringency.
The taste is massive and very drinkable 🍶.

This sake also looks delicious😍I rarely see Houraizumi. I can understand the difference between Sora and Gin, and I would like to try this sake someday.

This was actually my first Houraisen too, but since my first was a Gin, I feel like I skipped a grade 😇.
It tastes more like a classic so if you like it, I think it's a really good sake 😋.

It was delicious and I bought it immediately.

The sweetness spreading gradually is the best.
I felt it was sweet like Wasanbon.

I went on a day trip today to manage (mow) a "separate house" in Toyone Village.
On the way home, I made sure to stop by Houraisen Ginjo Kobo. While I was attracted by the hiyaoroshi sake, I went to the corner where they sell fresh sake by weight. I was torn between a dry ginjo and a dry sake, but I decided on this one because of its gorgeousness and the fullness that came over me.
After returning home, I decided to drink it today. I'm drinking it now. The taste does not betray my expectations. My wife commented, "It's delicious! She commented, "It's delicious, it's delicious, it's delicious!

It is said that the owner of the store has been brewing this sake since 2021 at Houraisen Sake Labo in Shiranai, a roadside station.
At the time of our visit, there were about 8 bottles on display in the refrigerator. How does it taste after being matured in a low-temperature refrigerator?
It's hard to describe 🤔, it's a light, refreshing koji amazake with a dumpling powder-like taste and a unique flavor hidden in it.
The aftertaste was a calm taste with a medium mouthfeel reminiscent of greefre from bitter chocolate with flavors of cocoa and citrus 😌.
