It's still hot even though it's September 😭.
I wonder if it will be hot in October as well...
This time I opened a bottle of my most exciting sake!
Houraizumi Sora no Nama Nama Sake ☁️🫧
I opened it as a thank you for the hawk's eye my friend gave me~!
It's been a while since I've had a Junmai Daiginjo, so the aroma is gorgeous and colorful!
It has a well-balanced impression with a sweetness between the fruitiness of the rice.
The alcohol content is 16%, but it doesn't feel too alcoholic, it's easy to drink 🎶.
It's nice to buy something priced like this once in a while!
I had it with a caprese I made at random.
It is refreshing and goes well with summer without interfering with the taste of alcohol!
Thank you for the treat 🙏.
Hi Ofuji 🐦.
I was just looking at the nice story of you and your friend giving each other good sake 😊I see that the taste is worth the price ✨.
I've been thinking about it for some celebration for a long time now 😅.
This sake is made by the famous Sekiya Sake Brewery in the sky. It is said to be a sake matured in a tunnel. The sake rice used is Yumesansui. It was easy to drink with a clean taste. 1705 yen.
Continuing from the last time, we get to know the taste of room temperature. I find that room temperature tastes better on the tongue, and this one has sweetness and sourness, followed by a sharp taste. I'm not very good at this "kick", so I always chill it, but I enjoy it at room temperature, too.
The next day, I chilled it and drank it! Sake with acidity and umami is best served cold!
The aroma is weak, but the peculiarity when you drink it may be strong. It is umami, but it is very crisp. It is recommended to be served hot, so you may be able to enjoy this peculiarity more.

It's been a while since I've posted a sakéwa post 🥹.
I went to my usual liquor store to get some and found a Houraizumi I'd never seen before! I bought this one.
I think it's a gattun type. But the aroma and taste are both very stable.
4 gou bottles, 1,475 yen
Just a small story here 🍶.
I've been traveling and drinking a lot of sake, and I've been drinking a lot of sours, but sake is still delicious!
Hi Mia 😃
We too have been feeling a bit empty on the sakes lately 😅When it's hot, we sometimes end up with a beer 🍺 or a sour 😆.
But you are right! Sake 🍶 is still good 🤗.
