It has 17 degrees! Not much of a smell, but a robust flavor. You can taste more rice and freshness than the honjozo I drank before. Good feeling.

We had the 300㎖ size given to us by a friend for our evening drink!
When I took a sip, the sweetness spread out more than the alcohol taste, but it was not too sweet.
The aftertaste was clean and refreshing, and while there was a sense of alcohol, there was no sensation of being choked down.
It was a delicious sake that made me feel intoxicated a little after drinking it.

Order 🐟 at Robata Izakaya SEN in front of Naruto Station. It tastes great as a food sake and matches the fish dishes at the restaurant. The price is high, but I would order it again if I had the chance. It's a little more classic, but it's easy to drink with a modern aftertaste.
