Houraisen Sora
It starts with an elegant sweetness, followed by a clear but firm rice flavor.
The beautiful acidity, which is mainly sweetness, gives it an outstanding sharpness.
Taken at my sister-in-law's house

I went for a drive to Okumikawa yesterday and bought this limited edition sake at the Sekiya Brewery. It is slightly dry and has a slightly hot taste. It is an easy-drinking sake with no habits. The Sekiya Brewery sells only 300ml bottles, which are empty.
At a hot spring inn in Yutani Onsen.
It tastes like a junmai daiginjo, but the assertion is a little weak.
It has a good throat feel.
Slight bitterness in the back.
I saw it on sale in limited quantities at a marche in Gamagori and bought it. The first taste was mildly sweet and a little bit sluggish, followed by a slight bitterness, but the aftertaste was rather refreshing, which was new to me. It was a new taste for me.
It went well with sashimi. It was not so good with the potato chips I added because I ran out. LOL!
