A rare sake sold only once a year. It's so precious that it's been hard to open. I finally opened it as a reward for myself. While you can feel the deliciousness of the rice It has an elegant and mellow sweetness. The sake rice is "Yumesansui" which is grown by our company. The rice polishing ratio is polished to 30%. It is expensive, but I want to buy it again this year.

Forgot to record what I drank the second bottle of. Anyway, it is sweet and delicious! A sweet-tasting sake with a muscat flavor reminiscent of Houraisen's Gin. I wondered if I could drink such a delicious sake at such a low price... Houraisen is my personal No. 1 brand.

Following Yamazan as a toast at a recent house drinking party with a couple of drinking buddies, here is the second bottle of "Sora" 💖! It was the best choice to compare with Yamazan, which is a light nigori sake! The difference in taste between nigori and nigori, junmai ginjo and daiginjo, Hitogochi and Yamadanishiki, as well as the freshness of nama-shu and the elegant mellowness of fire-aged sake, all gave the sake depth, gorgeousness, and fun, and we all enjoyed the sake 🥰. Sora is, after all, the taste of rice, the perfection of rice flavor. Super balance and elegance. This was another impressive bottle ✨. These two bottles were selected by my drinking friend's husband 😘They were really great 👍I can only thank him 💕🙏. I accidentally forgot to take a picture on the day of the event, so I'm taking it now as I post ⭐️ I have a little left over, so I'm airlifting it out and storing it. I will drink it again with time to enjoy the changes!

I've had many chances to get this "sky" but have been putting it off because of the price. However, I wanted to try it at least once, so I finally got it 🔥. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was sweet, elegant and fresh with a sense of fruitiness. The mouthfeel is moist, and the full sweet flavor of Yamadanishiki seems to soak into your tongue! However, from the beautiful and mellow umami, the dry, acidic astringency gradually stimulates the tongue and tightens it up, almost to the point of a wine-like quality! And finally, the elegance of the wine disappears without a trace. The taste is as good as the rumors say, and you can't help but smile 😋. This is a rare opportunity that comes only three times a year! If I see it again, I'll buy it ✨

In March, I stopped by Matsuura Sake Shop when I had a lunchtime drink in Numazu. While I was strolling around the store, I found a bottle of Houraizumi on the shelf. I've been curious about Houraisen, but haven't had a chance to try it yet, so I'm happy to see it ✨. There are three kinds of sake: Sora, Bi, and Wa (Japanese). I was on a tight budget for Sora, so I bought Wa (Japanese). ✌️ It has a soft, sweet and delicious taste 🎶. It goes well with any meal because it goes down smoothly 👍. It goes well with any meal 👍

It was served crisp and chilled. The drink is gorgeous and delicious. As the name suggests, it has a spring-like feel. My wife, who drank it with me, commented. "This will be a hit with the girls." I thought she was right. (Of course, as a guy, I was also very satisfied.)
