Obon vacation was an overnight stay at my wife's parents' house.
We took the ordinary road for a while from Morioka.
We stopped at a restaurant where we could eat bear🐻 soba and had spicy tsuke-soba.
The owner is cute.
The tin sound we bought in Sendai blew up beautifully, probably because we were shaken by the car...
@Mise only
I saw this bottle at a liquor store in Shiojiri and bought it because it was cute. 300ml is rare, isn't it?
I bought it without thinking and said "Bon appétit! I bought it without thinking and said "Bon appétit! Is this sake? I was like, "Is this sake?
I was surprised when I drank it for the first time.
It is 5% alcohol and has a gentle gaseous taste. I didn't know it was made by Ichinozo. I didn't know that.
I think it is good to cool it down on a summer day and drink it like a Ramune. For men....
The fizziness was not so strong, and I thought it was a dangerously tasty sake with a light acidity that was refreshing and easy to drink with a subtle sweetness that made it easy to drink.
Sweet and sour fruitiness and aroma, soft but firm taste. The low alcohol content and sweet taste will appeal to those who are not so fond of sake.
As the first sparkling sakes, I would like to try the entire Suzune series.
It's a sparing drink, and when I first drank it, I thought it was harshly carbonated, quite calpis-like, and milky (not my personal favorite), but maybe not what the maker intended, but the second day after opening the bottle, it was strangely mellower and tastier than the first day....
