Kuniki -BEIGE- Nishijin textile, beige label
At the Kakuuchi festival in Ueno Park.
We were attracted by the cool jacket and had a drink.
It tastes fruity and fruity when served cold.
It has a fruity flavor with a pleasantly fruity aroma and acidity.
The fruity aroma and acidity are pleasant.
It tastes like a white wine.
It is a great wine to drink with a meal.
The label looks cool.
I decided to check it out.

The Obi series was completed with the image of an elegant kimono sash after repeated trial and error with textile craftsmen in order to realize a collaboration between the Nishijin textile technology produced in Kyoto and the sake of Kuniteki Sake Brewery.
It is a series of obi that is inspired by the image of a graceful kimono sash. Interesting.
This sake not only tastes good, but also
You can enjoy the taste with your eyes and touch the label.
The back of the label also describes the aroma and
and the dishes to pair with it.
When the various considerations and thoughts of the creator can be seen
I, as the recipient
I am very happy to receive it.

It was chilled because it was labeled Junmai Daiginjo on the box, but the bottle was labeled Junmai. The polish is 50%, so it is a daiginjo spec, but? Which is correct?
It tastes like it should be warmed up.
A beautiful daiginjo inside and out! Perfect for the new year def would repeat this 🍶!

On a recent business trip to Asahikawa, I discovered this at a wagon sale at an Aeon store in front of the station. I was able to buy it for less than 600 yen without tax.
The lowest-priced sake in the Nishijin-ori Obi series.
The label alone is worth the price, isn't it?
It is not only impressive in appearance, but also in ability.
The mouthfeel is smooth and the flavor is round.
Although it has a classical taste, the sweetness of the rice can be clearly felt and the aftertaste is refreshing.
I️ thought it was a very high level evening sake and under 1000 yen was a good deal.
This may be my first time drinking sake from Shimane Prefecture. It is a junmai daiginjo, but the aroma is subdued, but in the mouth it tastes sweet and delicious, with a fruity, melon-like aroma that passes through the nose. It is quite delicious. The label is written in English, so I wonder if it is mainly for export. The Nishijin brocade label also emphasizes Japanese harmony.
It has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and is a Japanese SAKE that foreigners would like as well.
Faint golden color with a grain aroma. Bitter, astringent, and acidic tastes overlap each other.
If you expect the fruity and sweetness of a typical Junmai Daiginjo, you are way off. I drank it cold, but I might try warming it up.
The Nishijin textile label is cool❗️.
liquor shop sake #38
Home drinking, cold & warmed sake
I don't remember much of the taste, but
Anyway, I got the impression that it was very cosy.
The Nishijin textile label is being used as a coaster.
Daiginjo
It is refreshing and easy to drink. I think it's too smooth for a daiginjo.
I think it is good if it is heated up a little.
If you want to drink it cold, summer is the best time!
