Tonight is my usual Wednesday pub 🍺. Sake brought in by a regular who knows me - ⤴️🍶 Cloth lapels are awesome ⤴️⤴️😆 It's sweet, slightly sour, and very oishy ❕. Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival. The one that impressed me the most after tasting several kinds of Kunihiki. It is sweet and fruity. It has a sourness like citrus. It is low in alcohol but very drinkable. However, I personally don't like the top flavor. I can't explain it well, but it smells sweet? I can't explain it well, but it smells like a sweet smell. After drinking it, it tastes fine, but I don't like the aroma when I put it close to my nose. It's difficult to describe... It might be quite tasty with meat as it says on the back 🤔.

Faint golden color with a grain aroma. Bitter, astringent, and acidic tastes overlap each other. If you expect the fruity and sweetness of a typical Junmai Daiginjo, you are way off. I drank it cold, but I might try warming it up. The Nishijin textile label is cool❗️.

國暉 Purple 純米大吟醸 The Kokki Purple Junmai Daiginjo To be honest, I bought this a while ago because of the beautiful cloth brocade label. Maybe I didn’t store it properly because the flavor was ver different from what I expected and from how other people described it. To me, it had a strong grassy/ Taru flavor (not fruity like the website claims). As such, I thought it went well with 白焼うなぎ. It also went well with 🍑 peaches. I’d like to try it again to confirm the flavor (but my wife says NO!)

Famous sake from Shimane, Japan. Kunitake About 2 years ago, or sometime ago, they started to use stylish labels, perhaps with an eye toward overseas customers and young people. They seem to use Nishijin brocade. It might be good for a coaster after drinking. The taste is also conscious of young people, but the heaviness of the traditional Shimane sake has gone. It is a dry men's sake that is easy to drink without being overbearing. It tastes somewhat like Nada and is perfect as a food sake.

Kunitaki Junmai Daiginjo 1650 yen (4 gos. bottle) Today's snack is Osaka Takoyaki🐙As usual, I went to a good sake shop on a business trip and was introduced to this sake. The aroma is a nice ginjo aroma. The first attack is a mild sweetness...not what I expected, but the taste of the rice comes out.

After work today, I went to a back alley in Yaesu, Tokyo with my friends. It was a Friday, and all the restaurants were packed! We had a drink at a sushi restaurant we finally managed to get into. The label is Nishijin brocade. The taste is neither sweet nor spicy. Compared to its flashy appearance, it is not very distinctive. In other words, it is easy to drink. So, I drank it quickly.

It's a day camp sake at a nearby park. My wife bought this BEIGE by Kunitake in Shimane, Japan, with a cool Nishijin brocade label! The aroma is like glue but the taste is melon. It was a very tasty sake. Drinking sake outside in the daytime is very special.

What? Today's limited drinking comparison setu of "Kunitaki"? We came here for SENKOURI today. I swore to myself, "I'm not going to blink! I swore to myself "I'm not going to be blinkered! I thought to myself, "Wow, it's a peony! Is it the same one from Daishichi? or something like that. After the temptation, I narrowed it down to the final two, Senkou and Daishichi, and decided to use the corner shop because I wanted to taste and buy the sake this time. This leads me to the beginning of the article. What do you think, everyone? The challenging specs are all undisclosed except for the rice polishing ratio and Alc° ✨. The best part is that the brewer came down today! ✨ To be honest, I wasn't going to drink it, but I had to do it as a show of support 😁. I'm going to go to ...... and see if I can find out more! I heard about it after I finished drinking! Yes, I did listen to the ministry. It's all about "raw or fire-roasted? "raw or fire-roasted?" "No, no, no, no, Mr. Sake-run? Is that too elementary for you? I can almost hear them laughing. I'm sorry I missed it 😭" It was really clearly fresh, but the correct answer is that all three types are fire-returned. (*Right and left side are fresh. I guessed the middle one would be fire-roasted.) However, the ministry is 💦. I was able to guess only that it was bottle heated 😆♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. (which is usually heated in a bottle these days 💥💧)

I bought it at New Year's and finally opened it. A little dry, ginjo aroma, aroma -> white peach, food match -> vegetable dish. It's quite a nice sake. I'm looking forward to opening the purple one. It's pretty good.

Finally last 🤣 Shimane/Tottori San-in Breweries (Kunihki Brewery, Fukura Brewery, Nakai Brewery) I was curious about this booth. Several breweries gathered and opened a booth as a group. The parent company of the group company seems to be a place where people do not have a good reputation, and when I drunkenly asked about it, the answer was "Oh, it has nothing to do with them at all" 🤣. I asked him again, "Not M&A or acquisition?" I asked him again and he said "Not at all" 💦. Kunitake RED Hoshitori GREENSTAR HOSHITORI GREENSTAR" is my favorite type. We opened two bottles of Kunitake in a row because it was a set of two bottles we received. Before, the bottle was Junmai and the box was Junmai Daiginjo, which made no sense 😅 this time it was Junmai Daiginjo on the bottle. This time, it has Junmai Daiginjo on the bottle and 😅 Faint smell of alcohol. The rice flavor is the base, with a gorgeous acidity spreading through. Finishes with a touch of bitterness. Yesterday's beige had too much impact, so this one is quieter. I would like to try it chilled or heated. I'll keep it and the beige in the fridge.

It has become completely warmer. The cherry blossoms are starting to bloom here in the San-in area. Since it's getting warmer, I rummaged around to organize the sake that was left at room temperature 😅 I found a set of Kunitake that I received from a friend: ❗️ I opened a bottle of beige which I haven't drunk yet🍶. The aroma is a strong cemedine. The color is a bit strong yellow. When you put it in your mouth, it tastes like old sake 💕 The acidity spreads and the sweetness rushes to it. The acidity and sweetness cut through in harmony ♫ The sweetness may be a little sticky for those who care about it. But it is a sake that can be drunk lazily.
