I got it cold.
The label was cute and curious.
I asked the store owner about it and was told that it was made of Nishijin brocade.
Oh my. So I bought it.
The aroma is of rice.
The taste is sour. Light. Like a white wine.
Fried red tuna, cured ham, and asparagus,
I had it with tuna, cured ham, fried asparagus, and roasted pumpkin with sweet and sour sauce.
I got the impression that the cured ham was the best match.

It is austere.
There is a fair amount of sweetness, but not too much sourness, bitterness, or spiciness. If you ask me, it has a melon-like aroma as the label says.
