I received this as a souvenir from Fukushima.
It has a pleasant aroma, a soft taste, and a refreshing aftertaste that will keep you coming back for more.
I want to eat rice. Still working.
Rice used: Yumenokou
Alcohol 15%.
Sake degree +3
Rice polishing ratio 60
Hello.
Thank you very much for your compliment on the sake from Minamiaizu Town.
The sister of the owner of the brewery here is a classmate of mine from kindergarten. (lol)
Rice and rice koji are domestically produced, labeled as domestic rice, 55% polished rice ratio.
Purchased at a roadside station in Fukushima on a previous trip.
I was not able to drink it as much as I used to due to my health condition, so I kept it cold and drank it little by little.
It tastes sweet and tasty even when cold. I hope my health improves and I can drink again.
This is a gift from my classmate 🙇♂️
It seems to be a valuable hidden sake with a limited quantity that is not usually commercialized..........................limited to the local area?
I thought it would be a strong sake because of the name and 17% alcohol content, but the mellow taste on the label is exactly what it says it is.
It is good when cooled down...easy to drink.
It is easy to drink 😋. As the temperature rises, it starts to feel dry. That's also good👍
Thank you very much 😁.
Good morning, Bousuke 😃.
You have a valuable stash of sake ❗️ good sync that you wouldn't normally be able to buy 👍If you buy it yourself, 17 degrees is hard to get your hands on 😅 but it's good to enjoy the temperature change too 🤗.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Since I told my parents that I like Sake, they often buy me some when I go home.
I'm always grateful for it because you can't go wrong with Fukushima sake 😋.
Soft and elegant sweetness with just the right amount of acidity and a little delayed bitterness. The aroma may be quite like THE sake (malt). The overall impact of the flavor is soft, and it is a sake to be savored carefully.
It is said that this sake is brewed with Utsukushima Dream Yeast, which orbited the earth more than 700 times on the International Space Station.
It is a bit wine-like and mellow, but finishes with a modest acidity.
Delicious!
Aizu-grown Amano-no-tsubu rice is used for the kake rice, and Fukushima Prefecture's sake rice Yumenokou is used for the koji rice.
The rice is polished to 65% by flattening and polishing.
Easy to drink.

Kaito Otokoyama is a sake brewery in Minamiaizu-cho, Fukushima Prefecture.
Otokoyama" was founded in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture,
However, due to the closure of the business, there are now sake brands bearing the Otokoyama name in various parts of Japan.
It was founded in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture, but since its closure, sake bearing the Otokoyama name can be found throughout Japan.
This is Otokoyama from Aizu.
This sake has a mild aroma and a delicious rice flavor.
#Sake
The second birthday present from my parents. The first one was Tenmei's Sarasara Junmai, which I had already had. This one was delicious without re-review. This is the Aizu Otokoyama. Sweet like cream soda and melon-like aroma. Sweet and sour sake. The texture of fine rice powder on the tongue is excellent.
