I decided it was time to finish up, so I ordered a grilled onigiri and added this sake.
Hirotogawa Special Junmai
It has been a while since I drank Hirotogawa.
I drank quite a lot of it, so I don't think I got a detailed taste of it...but it's delicious 🥰.
It was so good I drank it all up right away😅.
But the grilled rice balls haven't come yet... 🤣

It's a sake from Omachi, so I'll have it with high expectations 😋.
Not much aroma?
At first in the mouth, there is no impact such as a strong sweet taste, and it is a refreshing type.
However, it has a long aftertaste.
It is hard to describe, but it is delicious.
But there seems to be more umami in the back.
It was just a mouthful, so if it were time, it would be even better.
The third picture is the specialty of this restaurant, sashimi for 500 yen 😳.
You have to ask for this one 😁.
