I got it in the winter and I think the crisp flavor is perfect for this season. It cleanses my mouth when I eat strong side dishes✨. I had a job this week that my parent company asked me to do. 'I was told by my superiors that if I don't make this happen, the company's very survival will depend on it.' That's what he said. If that's the case, why not ask someone who has the spirit of love for the company? It's not for people who think it doesn't matter if the company goes out of business. However, I'm going to do my best (company animal).

55% Yuyamanishiki produced in Toyama Prefecture Second fermentation in the bottle by my favorite maker, since Gyokusendo Shuzo's "Mukaze Centipede" was the best. I bought it at the Ibukiyama Terrace while climbing Mt. Color → cloudy white. Aroma: Second fermentation aroma with a bitter taste. Taste →As expected from the aroma. It is a sparkling wine with a slight bitterness and is intended as a food wine. Since there is a lot of unrefined sake, it can be chewed a little. The effervescence is quite strong 🫢. Great effervescence.

Mukaze was too good, so I bought a bottle of Hida Homare aged at low temperature. Unfortunately, it is a special junmai sake, so I don't know the rice polishing ratio, but here we go, actual drinking: ‼️ Color → I failed to take a picture, but I think it was a slight kohaku color 🤔. Aroma →Aroma with a graininess. Taste →Comparison with mukashi, but the graininess in the first half is a little less. The second half has a somewhat deep graininess. 😋❤️ If you like Mukaze and it has too much punch, Minogiku might be better 🤔. This was a recommended food sake that can be served cold or hot 💁♂️✨ Please refer to ✨✨
