Mukaze was too good, so I bought a bottle of Hida Homare aged at low temperature.
Unfortunately, it is a special junmai sake, so I don't know the rice polishing ratio, but here we go, actual drinking: ‼️
Color → I failed to take a picture, but I think it was a slight kohaku color 🤔.
Aroma →Aroma with a graininess.
Taste →Comparison with mukashi, but the graininess in the first half is a little less. The second half has a somewhat deep graininess. 😋❤️
If you like Mukaze and it has too much punch, Minogiku might be better 🤔.
This was a recommended food sake that can be served cold or hot 💁♂️✨
