Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅. Since I went there, I bought another Risshun Asashibori 😊for good luck👍. It's a good omen 📌720ml ¥1,980 Here's a quick rice! The aroma is fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😊👍 You can also taste the sweetness of the rice 💕 I think it's probably dry. It is a delicious sake that does not interfere with your meal💕💕💕 I couldn't buy the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori so I bought it anyway, but the Hatsuwakatake was even better than I imagined👍 Next year I'll remember to pre-order the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori 😅.

A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌. Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.

Crisp aroma, light mouthfeel. Junmai Nama-zake made from 100% Shizuoka Prefecture sake brewing rice, "2038 Fuji". The winter version of the "Oni Otome" series has a full-bodied flavor. It is released with different themes and labels for each season. ⭐︎ After golfing in Susono, at a review meeting at the Mishima Tokyu Hotel in Mt. There were about 4 gou of local Shizuoka Wakatake Risshun Asa Shibori left. This was my first Tachiharu Asashibori series. It was different from what I was expecting, but it was very rich, mellow, umami, sweet, and full-bodied, and on the contrary, very delicious. Maybe I will reserve a bottle of Senkou next year 😁. Beer -> Wakatake -> Garyubai -> Shoyuki -> I forgot...

Good evening, Duke Shibusawa ^_^! I drank Risshun Asa Shibori last year, I drank Kaiun and Wakatake, but this year I drank only Kaiun 😁. I was told that morning pressed sake tastes good even if you let it sit for a while, and it seems they were right 😊.

First young bamboo. The first Wakatake was pressed in the morning of Risshun. It is only a ginjo and has a fruity taste. It is easy to drink and has a nice sharpness. It is so refreshing that you would not feel that it is 17% alcohol. I didn't know there was such a sake brewery in Shimada. There was also a lucky coin attached. It might be a good thing. I plan to compare it with other morning pressed sake in the future.

The toji's name was the same as my cousin's, so I brought a bottle to a family drinking party with a story. Even though it was just a packet, the price was pretty good, and it tasted great. The taste is so beautiful that you would think it was a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a gentle sweetness and ginjo aroma. The aftertaste is tightened up with a slight tangy alcohol.
