The brewery is located in the city center near Oi Shrine, known for the Obi Festival. We were told that the brewery does not sell directly, so we were directed to the nearest distributor.
Yamada Sake Shop. The owner and his wife talked a lot. We talked to the point that our itinerary got a bit crazy. It was fun, so we left it at that. However, Omuraya's selection of sake was amazing. They have three kinds of new Oni Otome sake, not to mention Onna Nai Kase. There used to be a corner bar, but it is closed now. Too bad. But I was allowed to take a look inside. The atmosphere is very tasteful, but in a good way.
I enjoyed Shizuoka Prefecture. Next time I go there, I will visit Raccoon Hole and Yamada Sake Shop.
Also, I want to see Mt. It was cloudy all the time...

There were about 4 gou of local Shizuoka Wakatake Risshun Asa Shibori left.
This was my first Tachiharu Asashibori series.
It was different from what I was expecting, but it was very rich, mellow, umami, sweet, and full-bodied, and on the contrary, very delicious.
Maybe I will reserve a bottle of Senkou next year 😁.
