Special Junmai sake with 60% polished rice ratio I bought the jacket because of the impressive cartoonish, retro Showa-era "Oniotome" illustrations. The illustration was done by Minako Sonobe. It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!

I went to Fukuroi Sake House Yamaya for Kaiun Tachiharu Asashimusubori, and I was able to buy it without reservation every year, but not this year 😅I screwed up 😅. Since I went there, I bought another Risshun Asashibori 😊for good luck👍. It's a good omen 📌720ml ¥1,980 Here's a quick rice! The aroma is fruity💕 The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😊👍 You can also taste the sweetness of the rice 💕 I think it's probably dry. It is a delicious sake that does not interfere with your meal💕💕💕 I couldn't buy the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori so I bought it anyway, but the Hatsuwakatake was even better than I imagined👍 Next year I'll remember to pre-order the Kaiun Tachiharu Asashibori 😅.

A love that has lasted over two years has been fulfilled. I had a bottle in Ito izakaya two summers ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking for a bottle to buy someday. I finally met the devil maiden in love😄. It is slightly effervescent and has a rather firm, juicy sweetness, but the mouthfeel is light and cuts through easily. The aroma is greenish, like unripe bananas🍌. Fresh and easy to drink, it goes well with oily fish 🐟.

. Rice polishing ratio: 55 Sake degree: +2 Acidity: 1.4 At Honokuni, located at the main station in Toyohashi I compared it to the same Risshun Morning Press from Houraisen! It's so fresh and a little sweet! This one has a little more umami! I guess the only way to tell the difference is to compare! 4.0

Nice fruit forward taste and a bit on the sweet side but not cloying. Enough acidity to stand up to food with a peach initial taste and melon finish. Probably one of the friendliest sakes I’ve had and would be a good choice to introduce someone to higher tier sake. Not sure it warrants the Demon Slayer appellation though.

Wakatake Risshun Asa Shibori Last year as well Wakatake, which I bought together with Kaiun. Rice polishing ratio, 55 Alcohol content: 17 Freshness is suppressed. After the sweetness is felt and then it is quickly quenched by the acidity. Compared to Kaiun It is a good sake, but it has a blurred impression. It is a delicious sake, but However, when compared to Kaiun, the taste is not so good. Personally I prefer the taste of Kaiun. For dessert after dinner My wife wanted to try Souffle pancakes ✌️ My daughter had strawberry parfait😁. It was past 11pm when we arrived home. I have to work tomorrow. Unfortunately I couldn't join the remote New Year's party I couldn't attend the remote New Year's party hosted by takeshon 😭

I feel it is a divine liquor, jacket. The guy at the liquor store recommended it to me, saying it was limited to 1,000 bottles and had a serial number, so I bought it. It was a sake shop I went into to make a woman cry, but it wasn't a miss, and it was delicious. I couldn't convert the name to something else, but I think I got it right: it's just "sake for the year 2023.
