mild apple Slightly yellow. Aroma reminiscent of sour apple cider vinegar. The mild mouthfeel gives a sense of matured acidity. The aroma is like that of Shaoxing wine, and after the umami of rice gradually appears, it finishes with a mellow aftertaste. It has the mellowness and gravity of an aged sake. There are also nuances like Western-style sake. ★★★★★

This is a concept worker's selection of Daisen Shirakiku. This is my first time to try Daisen Shirakiku. I had only had Sanko Masamune sake in Okayama😅. The first aroma is slightly sweet. It has a soft sweetness and mild umami in the mouth. I heard it was hard when just opened, but it was soft, mild and delicious 🍶😊.
