This is also my first time to taste sake! I didn't even know the brand name and it was the first time I drank it😅.

It was the usual Southern from a lot of new songs.
In Takamatsu, when I tried to eat udon, only 2 restaurants were open in front of the station, and these 2 restaurants were taking care of 10,000 Southern fans... 😓.
It was so crowded that we could not eat.
In the evening, I went out to Okayama to drink with a friend who is a Shinto priest 🍺.
I drank a bottle of Daisenji Shirakiku for the first time... 🍺.
Fruity. Slightly refreshing. Easy to drink 😋.

First up, here's Daisenji Shirakiku in Okayama 😀.
Kaorin bought this sake for me on a business trip to Okayama and I don't really smell the ginjo aroma 🤣.
The taste was also not so clear of junodai, it was more like a food sake with the richness of rice 😀.
Breakfast for the entrée was Kakinoha Sushi that I bought at Yamato Saidaiji, where I had a layover yesterday on my way back from Joyo City 😇.
It was delicious with the sushi rice 😀.

Shirakiku Shuzo
Dainen Shirakiku Junmai Shu Zoshu Nishiki, bottle fire-aged.
This brewery is located in Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture.
The rice is polished to 60% Zoshu-Nishiki grown in Okayama Prefecture.
Registered in 1955 as "Okayama No.1".
Yamada-Nishiki", a mutation of "Yamada-Nishiki".
After 50 years, this sake rice has been revived.
It has a gentle aroma and soft flavor,
