Takamatsu Tachiyumikotoko.
I had an image of Etsukaijin as heated, junmai, and aged, but this was cold sake, ginjo, and raw. It was surprisingly easy to drink, with a strong bitterness and ginjo aroma.
The 2nd kininal name you see on SAKEWA's TL
~Etsukaijin~!
With all due respect, I misread the name until I received it, but... m(_ _)m
When the label has the specifications on it
it makes it look delicious!
Light and smooth
Rich aftertaste
A bottle that can be drunk down without anxiety
The sake is labeled as having a sake degree of +14 degrees, but the spiciness comes on slowly, rather than with a gusto. It is quite refreshing. The acidity of Yamahai can also be felt somehow.
I found a brand I haven't encountered very often, so I gave it a try.
Anyway, the volume and power that comes with a gusto are amazing.
It has the smell of sake, but the umami and sharpness enveloped it.
I got drunk more quickly than usual when I heated it up. It's delicious.
They say it has a good balance of sweet, spicy, acidic, astringent and bitter,
Some say it tastes better when laid to rest.
It certainly has all the elements,
It has a complex taste in a good sense.
Many sake lovers are addicted to it.
