A gift. It's been a long time since I've had sake at room temperature. Since we went to the trouble of heating it up, we had it hot. This is good. The rich sweetness and umami of the rice rush in at once and disappear quickly. The supermarket's Akinata fish has turned into a small restaurant's dish.

Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. Fruity aroma reminiscent of ripe banana and kiwi. A savory aroma reminiscent of cereals. The aroma is strong. Smooth mouthfeel. Soon after, a sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of strawberries appears. The mild acidity and moderate astringency leave a medium aftertaste. It is a fragrant sake.

I got it at the Yamashichi Sake Museum in Otake City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
I checked and found that it was "closed".
I don't often have a chance to go there because it is so far away, but it is a pity because they had a lot of good sake...
This sake seems to be original here.
