酒おやじぃぃぃ
A gem I found on my first trip to Hakone I bought it because I have a sweet tooth and was attracted by the -2 degree alcohol content. Chilled in the refrigerator and opened the bottle. The aroma is very alcoholic. But when I took a sip, I felt more sweetness than alcohol. And it has a nice sharpness. I thought it would be better to raise the temperature. The sweetness became more pronounced when I let it cool down a little. It's honestly delicious!

酒おやじぃぃぃ
A brewery brewing the brand name "Wawa Wawa" caught fire. The brewery that brewed the "Meikyojosui" brand of sake caught fire, and the sake brewery that brewed the "Meikyojosui" brand was able to help out and produce this sake. The taste spreads after a while after drinking. Aizan, but it is not heavy and has a rich umami and a very good sharpness. The crispness is very good.

A locally distributed limited edition given to me by a junior who loves Taishinshu. It has a strong sweetness that lingers a little, but its beautiful flavor is as expected of Daishinshu. Personally, I think it is better when it is cooled down to the level of snow-cold. #Nagano Sake #Oshinshu #Bishu of Heaven's Blessing
