Too dry and rich tasting, I tried it on the rocks!
A handsome and delicious 50% polished sake that is not overpowering on ice!
Purchased at the Hiroshima Antenna Shop in Ginza
On the first day of my trip to Hiroshima, I was very tired because of the huge crowds everywhere...
Before returning to the inn, I found a reasonably sized bottle of raw sake at a convenience store. It was delicious, with an elegant ginjo aroma followed by a sweet taste. I was disappointed in a good way.
I took the chance on a weekday when I had a day off from harvesting rice at my parents' house.
I visited the brewery and bought it.
The fresh flavor spreads and remains for a while.
I like it when the fresh flavor spreads out and remains for a while.
After that, it is clean and refreshing.
I can feel the goodness of non-pressurized pressing.
The fact that you don't get tired of drinking it is also a nice touch.

I tasted it at a department store and it was delicious, but I didn't buy it because I had a lot of stock at home, so I bought a small bottle at a supermarket wagon.
The aroma was subdued, and after a light umami taste, the spiciness rushed in and left a sharp taste and a lingering aftertaste.
It has a traditional sake feel to it, but it is completely different from the sake I was allowed to taste, so I wonder if the quality has gone down a bit ❓.
Next time I will buy a proper one and post again.
I received this from a friend in Hiroshima as a birthday gift. It is a very great drunken heart.
It is a slightly dry, mellow sake with a gorgeous green apple-like aroma and a delicious deep flavor at 17 degrees alcohol by volume.
I am thankful that I don't buy it myself.
