Nara Uruhashi Yeast
Nara-grown rice "Rohafu
It appears to be a light pink hue.
It has a nice sweetness and rice aroma.
There did not seem to be much acidity.
I heard that the yeast was isolated from the precincts of Shorakuji Temple, which is considered the birthplace of sake.
It uses "Rohafu" which was revived in Nara Prefecture.

Not too sweet, not much of an aftertaste.
Reminiscent of Mr. Hidenaga, who was said to have been a man of character...
Sake from the land where the Gods are settled.
I had the impression that it was a sake-like sake with a refreshing aftertaste.
