Now, this is 92‼️ from Kamerei🐢's low milled rice🌾 series!
The milling ratio is the same as the shortage of rice for food use that has been a hot topic these days 💧.
The aroma is not strong 🤔.
The first sip is a refreshingly smooth and pungent taste that washes away and resets even strong flavored food 🍳🍳🍗 like yakiniku🥩 or yakitori🍗. 🙂↕️
The aftertaste is dry and delicious, as you would expect from Kamerei ✨.
I like Kamerei sake brewery, so I drink many kinds of sake, but this one might be 💁 more spicy.
The last time I drank Hakkyu, it was sweet and thick... so that one is a different thing 😅.
After all, the base is a dry food sake ❗️ is Kamerei Shuzo 🍶.

Not much change in the flavor base 🤔.
I have the impression that the umami and spiciness might have increased a little 😃.
The taste was honestly below my expectations right after opening the bottle, but as the days passed, it became more rounded, and combined with the sharpness of the aftertaste, I could drink it as much as I wanted. The rice flavor was well developed, as if from low-polished rice, but the acidity and other tastes were not so strongly pronounced. It would probably go well with warmed sake, but it was also delicious chilled.

Purchased at Sake Brewery Sumitaya. It goes really well with food, so it's a very cosmetic and home-drinking friendly sake.
It is a sake with 92% polished rice! 92 is rice that is normally sold, right? I never thought it was possible to make a delicious sake from it. I thought it would have a strong, bland taste, but it has a strong umami, a slight acidity, and a nice sharpness.
Sake is a mysterious drink.

After a long hesitation, we decided to compare Tenpouichi and Kamerei. Tenpoichi was the second one 😁 Happo Iri Happo Seishu Irigon Yama?
