I had an image of Hakurei as a dry wine, such as Shuten Doji, which goes well with seafood from the Sea of Japan. I chose Koda, which I had never had before. It had a fruity ginjo-like aroma and a rich rice flavor. Although the rice polishing ratio is not high, there is no cloying taste at all and the taste is refreshing. You can feel the quality of the ingredients of Tango-produced Yamadanishiki. Koshihikari produced in Tango has been highly evaluated in recent years and is rated as special A. I wonder if Yamadanishiki can also be of good quality. I think it is one of the best in the Junmai sake class. Delicious Sake in a Wineglass Award 2022 Gold Prize in the Main Category

100% Kyoto Tango Yamadanishiki I like it better than Hakurei from the same brewery I had the day before. Gorgeous ginjo aroma typical of Yamada Nishiki, then dryness spreads in the mouth. The aftertaste is clean and beautiful.

The aroma is fruity, but not sweet, and the mouthfeel is clean. The taste is straightforward, with no muddiness whatsoever.

We had this at Kuriya Sake Bar. It's a great place to stop by if you want to enjoy the real Hakata. If you're looking for a place to enjoy the real Hakata, this is the place to stop by... I don't know what the drinks tasted like, but they were refreshing.

Today is the 13th Friday low. "It was Princess Mononoke 🎬 When I was researching, I found out that there is a place in Kyoto I heard that there is a place in Kyoto called "Shimyoin" which is the inspiration for Princess Mononoke! It's in the middle of a mystical forest, and it looks like Mononoke lives there 👻interesting. I've never been there. Sorry this is not related to sake😅. Good! This time, it's not because of Sake from Kyoto and the movie 殆 100% made with Kyoto Tango Yamada Nishiki Let's take a sip... it's delicious! You can feel the alcohol You can feel the alcohol, but then it leaves your nose. You can also taste the rice flavor. It's good. Checking in for the first two days in a row😏 Shishigami is mysterious and nice too 🦌 Wow... Obon vacation is so nice!

Purchased at a direct sales office in Miyazu, Kyoto. Koda brand is sold at the supermarket in the neighborhood, but this is a raw sake. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of ginjo. It has a fresh and refreshing taste. It's what we call an easy-drinking sake, and it will quicken your pace.

Aromas of pear, banana, pineapple and strawberry. Very fruity and aromatic, more like a ginjo than TJ. Surprisingly creamy, like overripe banana. Slightly nutty like fresh hazelnuts, with rice undertones. Long, mouth coating finish.
