This sake also has a strong flavor, but since the other sake we drank with it was quite umakuchi, it seemed a little light, and we felt we drank it in the wrong order.
Although the entire label states that the rice is made from rice other than the same type, the rice polishing ratio is 50%, which is quite low, and the taste is also delicious.

At Higashi-Maizuru Station, since I was on the Sea of Japan side, a cup of Hakurei sake from Miyazu and a crabcake made me feel like I was on a crabcake express (not a local train). For the clear one, Hakurei Sake Brewery in Miyazu, Kyoto recommended Hakurei Hatsushushibori. I'm looking forward to it!
