Hakurei was sold in the bargain section at the supermarket. I bought it by accident. It tasted clean and dry. It was a good purchase.

At the Hakurei Sake Brewery booth, we were allowed to compare the Vivid series. This is the best part of the tasting event😋. Blue, green, and red, all delicious and interesting. I had a short chat with the brewery owner as well, as I had visited there before. Personally, I prefer the sweet red.

. I bought a batch of three kinds of Hakurei's unfiltered raw sake, VIVID green! I opened this green one on today's gloomy day: ‼️ It has a refreshing mouthfeel, but a firm acidity and lingering sweetness follow from it. I think this is a good sake to refresh you in such a messy climate. I served it with side dishes I bought on my way home from work. It goes with everything.
